Nice folks, that went above and beyond.
Placed an order, but was informed that they weren't happy with the quality of the rose I had ordered, so refunded me.
I then received an updated call to say they had found a better specimen, and we re did the order.
Very polite on the phone. I will look again at using them.
Super job.

Poppy was very helpful with my questions as we’d never had to plant a new tree before. Poppy answered all my questions and when she wasn’t available a colleague (didn’t catch his name) was also extremely helpful. Highly recommend Trees Direct

Courier they used was a disgrace
Courier they used was a disgrace. Trees were buried under furniture despite stating fragile ands this way up.

Can't specify delivery date for any special occasion. This was for a special date. It arrived 2 days early, addressed to Mr and Mrs, before the couple were actually wed.
Good tree in pot, ready to plant up. Prompt service and delivery.

Hi I ordered a magnolia Sunsation it arrived all ok but with no name on it also it was 9ft tall very surprised as describing on web is only 3 4 feet due to my health I have contacted Trees direct they requested pictures I’m not very good with doing this so I don’t know if this will ever be resolved

Our website clearly states that the Magnolia Sunsation is between 1.5-1.75m which is 4.9-5.7ft. The detailed description also states that this variety can grow up to 5m tall. As with all living things, there can be some discrepancies in the hieghts as they are continually growing, but after assessing our current stocks, we are confident that although we may have been slightly over the upper suggested height, we weren't as over as 9ft.
Our standard advice to all customers is that we request a photograph so we can best assess the circumstances. Should you have expressed to our team you would have been unable to do this then we could have looked at alternate options but without knowing this we'd be awaiting images to be able to investigate and find the best solution for you.

Poor pack, l think!
Trees would have been perfect, and I believe could have left ok. On opening the well sealed box it was apparent at some point they found themselves upside down. ( the driver who delivered to me did take care)
However most of the compost had left the pots, and several branches broken. I have planted none the less, but unsure l would re-order not because of quality just the arrival.

The tree arrived safe and sound. well…
The tree arrived safely and fairly well protected. After removing it from it's box all looking good.
Only challenge was we knew it was on its way but not date and time of arrival. We returned home to find a 2mtr high box in our open porch!.
Otherwise all is well and will lrt youknow more after it's planted.
