We are never disappointed with a Trek trip - great routes, fantastic guides, good food & accommodations. Everything is well planned..& when things don’t go as planned, the guides always have a plan B!

Everything about Trek Travel is a five-star experience! From the preparation webinars to the selected routes and the phenomenal guides, we had the trip of a lifetime. Duncan and Pearse were our guides for our Ireland adventure, and they were both so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the routes, Irish history, and doing anything and everything to have as much fun as possible. I couldn't recommend this experience more highly.

The trip was as advertised, a true "level 2" activity level with a few days for a few more miles. This accuracy in advertising was important to me. The guides were outstanding, concerned about well being without being overbearing. Patient with bike adjustments. The bikes were stellar!
The hotels were superb, as were the restaurants
Very good, just the right amount, cultural and local outings.

Itinerary, logistics, and guides were all wonderful. I very much enjoyed the overall itinerary of the trip balancing epic rides and watching two TDF stages. As much fun as TDF viewing is – if we pushed a third stage into the agends the trip would have felt hectic. 2 was ideal. And then the riding was unreal and the guides brought a great mix of professionalism and fun. They even coordinated surprises like an alpine roller coaster and a tutu for my birthday ride. Won't be my last trek travel trip!

Great venue, guides, other Trek riders, etc. The first and last hotels were a bit rustic and dated. However, the context of this statement is the venue is South Dakota. I don’t believe anyone expects four star accommodations in SD. Also, one other criticism is the lack of wifi access at the Sylvan hotel. That’s really unacceptable these days. They need a serious upgrade.

Can’t say enough great things about the guides. They handled everything and made it a truly five star experience. Location was good at Stowe, Excellent at Burke. Dinner on our own for the second night was a letdown. Don’t see why this was the case. I once stayed at a cycling hotel, where they gave everyone a mesh bag to put their cycling clothes in at the end of the day, and next morning the bag would be in front of your door with fresh clothes. While we don’t need door-to-door service, some way of washing our Bike clothes and drying them would be an outstanding addition to the experience.

What a great trip this was!

Right from the start, Trek representatives were were super helpful in providing clear information through the booking process. The website was extremely helpful as well with really useful information. The regular (but not overwhelming) communication and update was excellent.

The trip itself was spectacular! I had never been to Slovenia before. What a beautiful place it is! The guides (Samo and Yoan) welcomed us at the hotel right on time and provided with proper information. The bikes were excellent and they were already fitted for me to perfection.

The same for Italy as well. We rode through beautiful picturesque villages. In my opinion, this is the only way to see any place.

Over the course of six days, every ride was amazing. When I was unable to complete the climb for a ride, I just sent a WhatsApp message and someone was always there to come pick me up. Excellent guides!

Finally, the group of people that were part of the ride were amazing. What a bunch of nice people! They were very supportive and encouraging (this was my first serious Trek Travel ride).

I will absolutely do this again. I'm hooked!

From beginning to end, my experience with Trek Travel and guides Thomas and Antoine was wonderful in every way. Thomas and Antoinewere exceptionally competent and fun to be with. The bikes were well maintained, the two Alpine accommodations were wonderful, the lunch stops were thoughtfully planned, the socializing opportunities and camaraderie both delights. The scenery and challenges of the mountain climbs made for memorable days and wonderful photos. I will be using Trek Travel again!

Once again it was the people on the trip along with the scenery that made this vacation so special. We had another couple on the trip with us that we did not previously know but they were the perfect travel companions. Our guides were great...it just was like one big happy family. I really appreciated having guides from two different countries...we had some great conversations. The hikes were gorgeous and everything was so well planned out. Accommodations were cozy and comfortable and in great locations to be able to walk into town in the evenings. My husband is already dreaming about the next trip.

A truly great trip. What a beautiful country. Guides were exceptional and went above and beyond for us.

The guides were both great and very attentive . They really made the trip fun and were helpful with the bikes . The food was out standing and I loved the different places that we ate. The lodging was really great and each one was very different making it interesting. We loved them all .

The guides were the best part of the trip. David, Josh and Andrea were terrific.
The hotels were very good too.

The guides, scenery, rides!

I am at double digit trips with TT, their guides, trip design and travel infrastructure are second to none.

Trip was fantastic. The guides were awesome and made sure that we had the best experience possible. Croatia is disgustingly beautiful and we got to experience a boatload of amazing places and foods that we wouldn't have if we hadn't gone with Trek.

My husband and I had an excellent time taking a 5 nights 6 days tour to Norway with Trek Travels. The guides were very capable, helpful, sincere and on top of everything. Our stays were also good, not very luxurious hotels but the best possible in the region. They were very particular with special meals and took care of them where ever we ate. Each day was differently planned which also made our trip more interesting. Overall I would give a 5 star rating and surely would take a trip with them again.

This is my 6th Trek Travel Adventure. The Dolomites was Epic, Guides and locals treated us like family
