My wife and I ordered a product. It took ages to arrive and when it did it was not the item we ordered. They are not a British company as the advertising would lead you to believe. Seems they are based in China. Cannot get hold of them and we are seeking a refund.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole, you will not get the item you have ordered and it comes from China, not in Great Britain as advertised. It has taken me since the end of August and loads of emails back and forth to get the promised "no quibble, no hassle refund within 48 hours" and I have wasted so much time on this, but I was determined not to let it go. None of the tablets you order are manufactured in Great Britain and any email responses I have had have come from China. Don't touch them.

When I try to track parcel it comes up with malicious web site. Quite worrying

This is most likely a scam. Do not buy from this company. All efforts to get a response from Trenvit have failed. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order for supplements.
I was sent the incorrect items and was told it was the same as the ones ordered but in updated packaging.
This is total nonsense.
I have been refused a prepaid label to return the items or a refund.
It is now in the hands of my credit card company.
Do not order from this company!

If I could give no stars I would. The product I received was not what I ordered and could have made me ill. The firm does not respond to emails. Do not buy from this firm.

I wanted to find out more about the product of my ordered BioNorme and received no reply’s. As the order arrived it was not my order it was something called mag07. Written again to them and again there was no correspondence.
Customer service is appalling.

Do not get involved with these people.
They are totally untrustworthy.

I ordered DermaLix capsules direct from Trenvit's UK website for my psoriasis.
I received a confirmation email of my order with a photo of the packaging.
The product received is not DermaLix but something completely different made in China. I replied to their email and filled in the contact form on their website to register my disappointment - no reply from them! The telephone number listed does not exist. I guess I've been scammed! Give this company a wide birth I'd say.
