Really helpful first renting made the process really easy and any questions I had was answered and felt very welcome i highly recommend anyone to theses people very professional

Just wanted to share a very positive experience with this team/agents.
Didnt have any idea how things work with respect to renting in this country . Life made easier by them. They helped me throughout the whole journey from renting to maintaining to leaving without any complications and arguments. So easy to talk to, so easy to deal with and i am very very happy with them.
Anybody would be lucky to be joining through them.

Joseph was amazing! Couldn’t have been more helpful with everything and always available with queries regarding the moving process. We would give him 6 stars if we could!

I enquired about a property in Feltham and got a call from Joseph — completely unprofessional and rude. He offered no details, no pleasantries, and pressured me for a viewing within hours. When I tried to reschedule, he slammed the phone down without a goodbye. Unacceptable way to treat a potential customer. If this is how they handle enquiries, I can’t imagine how stressful the rest of the process would be. I do not recommend this agency — they should at least hire people with basic manners and respect

I met with Joseph, and my experience with Trevlyn Properties regarding the Marlex Apartment has been extremely disappointing. They may present themselves well online, but the reality is quite different—they are inexperienced and seem primarily focused on money.

During my time in their building, they failed to address maintenance issues, provided me with a bad reference that negatively impacted me (which they later denied), and increased the rent unfairly. Now that I’ve moved out, they are still withholding my deposit, and it has been almost two months.

To my fellow black brothers and sisters, please be cautious. I also believed I was in safe hands, but my experience proves otherwise. Don’t be deceived—they are only about the money.

Everything was fine, then when the lease ended they didn't want to return the deposit for me and they took the deposit.

Absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for all your help to get a new house , especially Joseph Great service, professional and friendly.

Amazing staff. Joseph was fantastic - finding a property to rent is so difficult at the moment, and it felt like Joseph was on our side all the way through, and really fought for us! Would recommend.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Trevlyn Properties. I made a secure deposit for a property in Canary Wharf, and although I understand that due to external problems they couldn’t secure it. What's even worse is that they haven't refunded my deposit despite more than a week passing since the cancellation. Joseph Smith, the person responsible, hasn't responded to any of my messages. I strongly advise against renting with this business; they've wasted my time and money, and their customer service is non-existent.

First class experience. Words describe a great help Trevlyn Properties have been, throughout the process of finding me a place. Outstanding company!!!

Sam is the best agent I have ever worked with. He made my move to London so easy and seamless and helped me with every step of the way. I could trust him enough to rent the property from him while sitting in a different country. Thank you for all the help and cooperation.

Having been a complete sceptic that good letting agents actually exist then I was really surprised by Trevlyn and Sam as he was very responsive, problems were addressed quickly and any issues or questions were resolved very easily. Having rented for 20yrs in London - never thought I'd be saying this but check out Trevlyn's properties list because it makes such a difference having a good management agent to deal with. Really outstanding customer service. I recently moved to London from Paris, Trevlyn agent were very helpful beyond any of my expectations. I would definitely recommend their service.

I appreciate the politeness of the people I spoke to however, I did not have a good experience. A lot of time was spent by myself trying to follow things up. The process was lengthy and ultimately I received a very poor excuse and outcome. My time was wasted and it would have been better to have a more honest experience. That way I would not have been misled and provided with excuses.

I recently moved in an apartment which ticked all my boxes. From the moment I saw the listing to moving in the apartment, my experience with Trevlyn Properties has been smooth and efficient (considering the challenging nature of the virtual viewings etc.).
