Trevlyn Properties LTD レビュー

I'm not a fan of moving or pushy estate agents. Out of necessity I had to move last weekend and I'm so happy I did. If only I had done it sooner. Dealing with Trevor, my reluctance was completely unfounded. I'm really happy with my new flat on the 33rd floor of a prime property in London with its world class amenities. In retrospect my hesitation was completely unjustified by dealing with Trevor from the very beginning until today and his knowledge and professionalism were exactly what I would recommend anyone without hesitation.

From the first phone call and speaking with Trevor he went above and beyond to book myself and my partner in to view a particular property..
The day I viewed the property i met Sam.. he was amazing I felt comfortable dealing with this estate agent instantly no questions I had were to silly or small for him to answer for me. Even after the viewing I spoke to Trevor and he gave me all the time I needed to talk thing through like he wasn’t to busy and it was just about me and my questions..
The whole time from accepting my property from them Sam was always there no matter what the time was and what day of the week it was. Even on weekends when he wasn’t working he still replied to any of my messages and called me to talk me through things etc. I have now fully moved in to my beautiful flat and even now the communication hasn’t ended Sam is still there when I have a problem and gets it sorted instantly for me nothing is to much for this estate agent and the people that work there. I would never hesitate to use them if I move again! I recommend them to everyone that is looking to move.

Great service from Sam and the agency. The process of visiting the flat and renting was smooth. Friendly and professional, they respond to all queries quickly.
Highly recommended!

We recently rented from Sam at Trevlyn and were very happy with the service. Sam responded to any maintenance or general queries promptly and made our tenancy straightforward. We would recommend Trevyln to anyone

I recently worked with Sam at trevlyn properties and I can't recommend him enough. It was our first time renting and he made is such a easy and straight forward process. Always happy to help no matter how big or small.

I recently worked with Trevor and Zainab on renting a unit in Vauxhall. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The duo proved to be outstanding professionals. My partner and I were on the fence about another unit in the same complex. I got a call from Zainab before our viewing that day. She explained that a prospective tenant was no longer pursuing a unit that I was previously interested in. I had seen the unit but my girlfriend had not. I asked Zainab if she could make herself available within 10 minutes. To place this story in context, these events occurred after 6 p.m. when many people have clocked-out for the day. Zainab immediately made herself available to us in the short aforementioned time frame and showed us our new home. Further, Trevor and Zainab managed and expedited the reference checks and rental process. We are truly excited about our new home and could not have asked for more co-operative and diligent estate agents. Kudos all around and the stars do not do justice to their exceptional service.

Amazing service from Trevor, very accurate description of the flat including of the photos, also his extensive and great listings. Hassle free.
Thank you so much Trevor
