Lovely Richmond salon & team!

Amazing cut by Esti at the Covent Garden branch. I told her it’s the best cut I’ve ever had. It was my first time so I was a bit nervous but she was really friendly and talked me through the whole process. I always dread getting my hair cut but it was a great experience. The salon has a nice, informal atmosphere - nothing like I expected. I also got 20% off as a new client.

I got full head of balayage done at the richmond branch by Seb, he was incredibly sweet and professional and gave me the exact colour I wanted, originally I intended to get highlights but at our consultation he advised me to do balayage instead and I’m so grateful I followed his advice. I also got my blowout done by Asha and I’m so happy with the result! Would definitely recommend this salon.

I always look forward to my appointment with Jake as I know I am going to have the best all round experience. I have waited a very long time long time to find a talent like Jake’s. He is a master of his art.

I had my hair styled by Shabaz at Trevor Sorbie, and I can honestly say it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had. I’d had a couple of bad experiences elsewhere where stylists didn’t quite understand my short-hair vision, even with pictures. But Shabaz got it instantly.

From the moment I arrived, everything was spot on. I was greeted warmly, offered a drink straight away, and a perfect cappuccino soon appeared. The hair wash experience was also lovely – complete with a massage and even the way they wrapped my hair in the towel showed real attention to detail. You can tell the whole team are highly trained, professional, and genuinely friendly.

Chatting with Shabaz was a pleasure – he has a great personality, is honest about what will suit you and he's easy to get along with, and most importantly, he really knows his craft. If you’ve got short hair and you’re nervous about where to go, or you want something modern and edgy, he is absolutely the person to see.

I walked in feeling a bit of a mess and walked out feeling like a supermodel. I couldn’t be happier with my cut and I’ve definitely found my regular hairdresser now.

Brighton branch of Trevor Sorbie. Having her do the transition from scruffy to glam, is always a delight.
The only thing that stops me being there as frequently as I would like, is the cost. The increases have been huge in the last eighteen months. Never mind, I still turn up because Sami's hair cuts are magic.

I had a beautiful cut & blow dry with Sasho in Richmond very professional , best cut i have had in a long while....he is now my go too Hairdresser.

Hair dye & treatment with Zack was mandatory relaxation for a few hours- a break in a hectic life, with beautiful hair colour at the end! I’ve been going to Trevor Sorbie since it opened!

Long time customer. I've had several people care for my hair and, without fail, never disappointed. I love the relaxed atmosphere that lets none of the high standards & professionalism slip.
Trevor would be so happy to see these are still as excellent as ever.
This time it was with Wendy. Only a "freshman" but the most meticulous, patient and attentive young stylist. She took a mess and turned it into exactly what I needed. I can recommend her to anyone and, coming from my 74 years of having hair, its not a recommendation given lightly. Thank you Wendy; a great addition to the Covent Garden team.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Trevor Sorbie salon – not once, but twice. I took time off work on both occasions to be a paying model, only to be let down each time. The first appointment was cancelled without warning because the head stylist simply didn’t show up. The second time, after clearly explaining my hair history (including box dye use) and sending photos in advance as requested, I was told they couldn’t do my hair after I arrived. This was especially frustrating given that their model call specifically asked for people needing box dye removed.

I was instead offered a root touch-up, and when I asked if this could be done as a goodwill gesture, considering the service I had booked was cancelled and the inconvenience I had experienced, I was told I was “getting angry” and "raising my voice" – which was completely untrue and frankly felt racially charged.

After this, a lady claiming to be the CEO came out and said that because I wasn't a paying customer I had no right to complain (despite the fact I was willing to pay for the original service if they had carried it out). This felt extremely dismissive and insulting.

A waste of time, money, and energy. No accountability from the salon and absolutely terrible customer service - especially from the CEO of the company. It left a clear message that customers (especially model bookings and people of colour) are not valued or respected.

on my first visit to this salon in hampstead I showed humility and respect for Natasha. on completion of hair dye I was very excited and was not thinking right as she took advantage of my kindness and she charged me £500 including two products Karestase shampoo and conditioner and out of excitment I also tiped her £30. few weeks later the dye faded away and my hair got very dry. I did my research about prices on Trevor Sorbie in different upmarket neighbourhood including various website where the price of hair dye does NOT go beyond £200. AND the two product that I checked at Harrods, cost me £60. . I was shocked later on to realised I was actually scammed , I was taken advantaged of my kindness and for being grateful to her. this disgraceful experience happened in february 2025. I recently did my hair in Fitzorvia, Great Portland Street , hair dy, hair growth treatment, bought products for dryness and colour protection cost me £150. I am still investigating this, and I shall be speaking with their senior and CEO, one of them I know very closely as a friend.

Such a lovely place. Team are so welcoming and Dana always cuts my hair beautifully.

Visited Peter at Brighton and find the salon a relaxed haven with a nice atmosphere with the staff helpful . Peter is a wizard- he listens carefully and gives a beautiful haircut always taking care to give a precision haircut that just looks great. Yes it’s expensive but my hair cut feels a million dollars so it’s worth it.

Delighted with the haircut I had from Nick at Trevor Sorbie in Bristol yesterday. Really took his time, listened to what I said, gave great advice. Very talented.

Trevor sorbie , overcharged me, and have refused to refund me, complete BREACH OF CLIENT CONTRACT! Unable to resolve in a civilised way, so I am taking them to the small claims court. DO NOT GO HERE

I would have liked to have given a proper review of receiving a hair cut at Trevor Sorbie’s Covent Garden but unfortunately I did not get the opportunity
I looked online to see if there were any discounts and was pleased to see that they were offering a 30% discount with selected team members for a first visit so I decided I would book up as the cheapest haircut at £93 would be more affordable with 30% off
I phoned the salon to make an appointment and mentioned I was a first time client and would like to make an appointment for the next day I was told there was only one girl at the salon that they were offering the 30% off with and she wasn’t in but if I wanted to book with any of the others I would get 10% off ,I decided against this but went on line to check how many stylists they were showing at the salon , I counted 16 so why is there only one doing the discounts ?when they clearly state team MEMBERS when they sent me the email with the 30% discount but were only offering 10% discount when I phoned to make an appointment
