Frank Gazzo was extremely helpful! Helped me get past a nonworking link on the website. Sent me a special link so I good order the bundle I was looking for. I am very satisfied with the speakers connected to my TV via HDMI/ARC Have not tried the turn table set up yet.

I purchased the BR03 Connect speakers to upgrade my vinyl listening experience. I am impressed with the power, precision, and sound quality of these speakers. I was worried that I may need a subwoofer to cover the bass, but these speakers handle bass extremely well. The integrated amp has a lot of power behind it and the remote helps balance the treble and bass levels. Definitely happy I picked up a pair of these speakers.

This company goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I haven't experienced this type of customer service ever. Quick responses to emails and they don't stop until your problem is resolved. This may sound like a review from someone who has an affiliation with the company but trust me it is not.

The bro 4s are great maybe the warmest and detailed speakers I’ve ever had considering I’m running a class Damp because it’s on almost 24 hours a day.George my sales person answered all my questions including is 60 watts at 8 Olms is plenty to make them sing at 3/4 volume only when wife is out .

I experienced what I considered a minor issue on my Triangle speakers (which sound fantastic, by the way), so I reached out to Triangle Hi-Fi USA to see if they had any suggestions. Frank Gazzo was incredibly responsive and great to deal with. He contacted Triangle in France and eventually it was determined the minor issue could not be resolved without replacing the speakers. Though I was willing to live with it, Frank arranged replacements in new condition. He made the process easy and efficient all along the way. I love the new speakers, but I love the customer service even more.

I don’t know much about this Audio Company. I’m a DJ and I was looking for a good quality not too small bookshelf speakers to replace a pair of JBL 12” sound stage monitors. I was leaning towards the Klipsch RP 600MII but didn’t want that in your face sound. I’m always looking at YouTube videos and came across these speakers and decided to purchase them. I still haven’t hooked them up yet, but they will be paired with the Outlaw 2220 mono blocks. I truly hope that I will be amazed by the sound quality. Furthermore, shipment was fast. Thank you guys. I look forward purchasing more gear in the near future.

Delivery was quick and set up super easy. The speakers are beautiful and sound is clean and efficient. This is my first Triangle product purchase and so far I’m completely impressed!

Frank G made a customer for life! I purchased a set of scratch n dent speakers from a reseller, and I needed a spare part to bring them up to spec. I reached out through the website, and Frank went out of his way to not only research the part I needed, he shipped it out the next day and didn't charge me a dime. Very happy to have that kind of product support--Triangle clearly wants to stand behind their brand and I'm truly appreciative. Next set of speakers will be Triangle. And go Frank!

Insanely fast turnaround on the order, got here in no time, and the product is great. One part included was pretty clearly not for the product I bought, but I was able to get it to work well enough, hence four stars instead of five.

Fast shipping. I had ordered the wrong finish by mistake and they were able to change it without delaying shipping. Unfortunately, even though I thought the speakers sounded great, my wife didn't like the look so I returned them. The return process was equally smooth and fast.
