AVOID – now operating as EDEN&EARTH.

The previous business has effectively shut up shop after building up a terrible reputation and leaving customers unhappy, and they are now operating under a new name.

From what I can see, a company that had previously been dormant has now been used for the new EDEN&EARTH setup. Same people, new name, fresh start — and conveniently none of the baggage that comes up when customers search the old business.

In my view, this looks like an attempt to distance themselves from the reputation of the previous company and start again with unsuspecting customers.

Do your homework before handing over a penny. Check the directors, company history and previous businesses associated with them. A new trading name does not erase what happened before.

I purchased the ‘sleep easy’ for my child to help them sleep, after it was described as being safe for children along with reviews saying people had given it to their kids etc. The product arrived with absolutely zero information on how to take, risks of taking, ingredients etc. I managed to get some dosage advice from website and followed that. Unfortunately my child ended up in hospital 3hrs later where we spent Xmas Eve & Xmas day, he suffered anaphylaxis. After doing my own research on some ingredients (managed to retain some from the website after having to dig around), it turns out this is a side effect.
If I’d have been well informed, then this situation could have been avoided. My child nearly lost his life.
Followed Ellie Grey for years and trusted what she shared. Please don’t take what she says and posts as gospel.

Quick testing! I bought a “INTOLERANCE AND WELLNESS TEST” which is essentially a hair testing kit. This is not a physical item, which I was aware of anyway. It clearly states on the website.
You receive a email which a form to complete and instructions on how you send off your hair sample. I purchased mine on the 5th Jan, sent same day to receive a detailed report on 12th Jan.
Quick and easy!
The report itself itself is in-depth and allows you to make adjustments and lifestyle changes day to day.
I’ve recommended to all my nearest and dearest!

Ordered 2 tubs of cbd gummies came reasonably quickly however there is no guidance on how many to take. Totally impossible to contact anyone for help. No contact details anywhere. Tried via insta but no response. No contact us info/detail on order/web page. Just based on this extremely poor experience i would not recommend. Ive been trying to find contact routes for the last week.

Nothing but a scam!! Purchased the hair testing kit which turns out you don’t receive anything you have to download a submission form and send away. Didn’t receive the PDF and they didn’t respond to my Emails. Don’t waste your money £52 for nothing. Scammers!!

Wrong products sent and no response to emails or dm. Extremely disappointed and concerned about money spent with nothing to show for it.

I see I am the third person so far with the same problem.
I'm following Ellie Grey on Instagram. I trusted her recommendations, I ordered some supplements which arrived on time, I was always happy until I've ordered the hair test.
I sent my sample on the 16th of June- no results (which should be ready to up to 7 working days),nobody replies to my e-mails. I tried to contact TR;BE team via instagram as well- no response whatsoever.
Usually, I don't write the reviews, but it's £65 I paid for nothing. I hope someone from the company sees this and either resolves the issue or just refunds my money.

I purchased the HMAT from TR;BE, and have still not received my results or an update on my test. Very suspicious that both the email addresses for the websites linked on Ellies instagram, are ''undeliverable'' with one website being shut down. Just want an update but being completely ignored so now seeking a refund. Writing this review in the hope that someone will contact me!

Warning: Avoid This Company at All Costs

This company is providing dangerously false information that could have serious consequences for people’s health. I have serious concerns about whether they’re properly licensed or regulated to carry out the tests they offer.

Their customer service is appalling — it takes at least five business days to get a response, and when they do reply, there is zero accountability or care for the distress and confusion they’ve caused. There is absolutely no regard for the money spent or the mental health impact of their actions.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this business. The lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic customer care is shocking — and potentially harmful.

I follow Ellie and trust her many recommendations. After purchasing on her website in April, I received no product and when I chased this up I was informed that they don’t ship to the Republic of Ireland even though the checkout system allowed me to enter an Irish address and make the purchase final. When I queried where my products were, I then provided an alternative Northern Ireland address for shipping which was denied. I suggested alternative products could be sent to that new address also and this was denied. I then asked for a refund and provided Revolut bank details. They have not sent me any refund despite numerous requests for it. I have received multiple emails from a Nikki Lee stating she will refund me but I have nothing to date after an April 2025 purchase. It saddens me that I have to write this review but I am hoping it will encourage them to give me my money back. Despite wanting to use the products I would not order again

I like Ellie and so want to support her business but communication is just so poor. Things are always out of stock and when you email to ask when items will be in stock your ignored. I reached out about the mushroom coffee and Ellie asked me to send her my home address and said she would post a spare one free of charge that she had in her home to me. That was on the 12/03/2025 and I have never received the product. Just a quick message to say it could no longer be sent would have been appreciated. The mushroom coffee was so good and I now see it has been removed off the website.

The business lacks consistency and communication. It a pain to start taking something to then struggle to purchase it again.

Disappointed in this business I genuinely feel like just because Ellie has a large instagram following she feels like she can ignore all of our customer service requests and questions on instagram and emails, It’s a waste of money buying something expensive that is never going to be in stock to keep In your system, She clearly doesn't care about her business reputation,lts such a shame and a let down, Ive moved on to wild nutrition vitamins food grown people take a look at them there’s loads more companies with clean ingredients, How can we trust someone who is so unreliable and rude ignoring customers.

I’ve ordered a few times from this company, the products are great but delivery is shocking, also the emails bounce back constantly when trying to contact someone to help locate your order that you are charged £4.50 for! The customer services is a complete waste of time and energy, I’ve had issues with items not turning up, and items being delivered to my bins in a public car park with no notification or email saying they’ve been delivered, I’ve waited two weeks for my recent order to then be informed by the unhelpful tr;be customer service woman that the item was delivered two weeks ago, and basically it’s my fault for not knowing it was delivered to my bins, the parcel is not where the picture shows, so I’ve asked for a replacement or refund, to which I’ve been told it’s down to me to contact the Royal Mail, after I’d contacted the Royal Mail they then said that the dispute has to be raised by the sender, I’m now being completely ignored by the awful customer service lady, with absolutely no care or interest in helping me solve the issue of me wasting £30 and receiving no item or refund, she wouldn’t even raise the missing parcel issue with the Royal Mail and told me she’s closing my case and there’s nothing else tr;be will do to help me. So sad when wanting to support a small run business who’s products are brilliant, but communication is non existent and customer service might as-well not exist. Will never be giving them another penny or recommendation to anyone again. Very disappointed with my latest issue with them, I would recommend using any other trusted company that actually want to help their paying customers receive their orders especially when being charged £4.50 for delivery. Seems like the issues I’ve experienced are reoccurring issues that many others have faced too. Such a shame.

I can honestly say that these products are really good and worth it which is why I’m frustrated. Ive never had a problem with ordering or receiving my orders however none of the items I use are ever is stock! No updates on whether there will be more stock in the future.
I don’t care so much about the ones I use but the kids probiotics and gummy vitamins, they haven’t been restocked in months now. My little boy loves his gummies every morning, he keeps asking if I can get anymore and I have to keep explaining to him I’m not able too.
I’ve looked everywhere for other kids gummies and they all have other cr*p in them!
I mean this with so much respect, if you can’t keep up with the demand please update people on what’s happening with your products.

Food and staff excellent, you could see the food being freshly made, will definitely recommend and will surely stay here again

I feel the need to write an honest review of my experience buying from Tr;be since ordering the hair analysis I’ve had zero reply from questions I’ve asked regarding the results. The email they provide just bounces back and the other email I don’t get any response even when chased. It’s just a bit disappointing and their after care needs looking at for sure. I just need some simple questions answered to clarify a few things and £45 is a lot of money to spend when customer service is so poor.

Love the products and the ethos of the business. Timely delivery too.

After a bit of research on where to contact regarding my order (I couldn’t contact customer services as non of the emails worked, and kept bouncing and I had no response from Instagram) for the Hair Mineral Analysis test. It turns out Tr;be tests are the same as U.K. Food intolerance tests with just a different name. They get tested in the same lab and U.K. food intolerance tests are cheaper. This is confirmed both by the address Tr;be asks you to send the sample and also by me emailing U.K. food intolerance test customer services who said they also run these tests for them.
My issue here is that a.) U.K. FIT are cheaper so Tr;be’s should surely be the same price? B.) my friend purchase a U.K. FIT last year and it didn’t pick up on his intolerance to dairy, the fact that he is a celiac amongst other chronic deficiencies he has had confirmed through blood tests etc. this makes me wonder how accurate they are? C.) the reviews on U.K. FIT do not fill me with much confidence, a lot of them stating similar to what my friend experienced.

3 stars are given because I have ordered from Tr;be before and I do like their other products. However, had I known what I know now, I wouldn’t have wasted my money buying this test. I have naturopathic therapists as friends and dieticians too who offer a service like this - it is dearer but the lab they use is definitely legitimate and you get an appointment discussing all the results. So these tests do exist.. but I’m not convinced on this one.

I purchased a zoom through their Instagram stories last month but did not receive a link to the zoom. I did not receive ANY communication to confirm receipt or inform me that it was not going ahead. So unsure if it was cancelled? I have tried reaching out and have sent about 20 messages now to both tribe and ellies account. I have commented on multiple posts to ask for a response. Ellie posts regular stories which i have responded to but do not get a response. I have sent 5 emails to the email on tribes website which just get returned. I have checked my junk folder to make sure nothing has gone in there and given sufficient time between messages to allow for a response. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company as I am now convinced it to be a scam. They will take your money and there is no way of contacting them.
