The Company does not care about its


The Company does not care about its tenants. Repairs are subpar, rent after first year is increased by $504 by smuggling it in the fine print. Bully you into a longer lease. One day late fee is upward of $138- Horrible company.

They will scam you

They will scam you, ghost you, and in the end they will not be satisfied with robbing you of all your deposit. They will want even more.

i liked a contacted company they use; HomeProRestorations. Kathy in Atl. Ga. was great.
Tricon Sux in some many ways, I do not have enough characters to express my reasons why.
