After all, we had rented it, so we couldn't rent it again...What do you mean??? Can we change the booking to another name, that of the wife... we both have driving licenses with us, so we will need to add an extra driver, even if he will not drive... no... The company is not cooperating. company Trifty. Our mistake, wrong driver indicated, too bad... So folks, renting a car is only possible for people with a driver's license and their OWN credit card. And know that you CANNOT change the name of a booking on the spot. Even if you already have the papers with you. In fact, a man came after us who had forgotten to book a child seat... also had to book a new car otherwise he could not take his child with him. Good business model here in Faro. And if it wasn't bad enough, the new renting compagny SIXT indicated that we had not booked insurance, compared to the booking confirmation that Booking gave, which stated that we were fully insured. Whether we wanted to pay for it again...here too it was the revenue model that was reigning. The first impression of Faro was not a good one...

Il ragazzo al desk del ritiro a Los Angeles ci ha davvero intortati, noi stanchi da 24 ore di viaggio e 9 di fuso non siamo stati reattivi. Ci ha convinto a spendere più di 300 dollari in extra, tra cui il pass per le strade a pagamento, che è stato assolutamente inutile, e non ha rispettato il contratto fatto dalla mia agenzia viaggi, per cui dovevo avere il pieno di benzina ed un importo refoundable nel caso l'avessi consegnata vuota, invece mi ha fatto pagare 60 $ un pieno, che è quasi il doppio di quello che lo paghi se fai rifornimento in alcune pompe. Ho vissuto i primi giorni della vacanza con l'idea che non avrei mai avuto abbastanza soldi per terminarla. Quindi sconsiglio l'agenzia, credo i collaboratori siano incentivati a farti spendere di più, e quindi se non sei pronto ti girano come vogliono.

Prenotata da loro auto a noleggio tramite piattaforma expedia, non avevo, al momento del ritiro 700 euro sulla carta per la cauzione, chiesto di poter ritirare la macchina dopo 2 giorni in modo da sistemare il plafond sulla carta : negato, rimborso negato, in conclusione ho noleggio auto per 2 settimane ho pagato più di 500 euro e sono rimasto senza macchina.
