We investigate, anomalies or discrepancies within customers current or historic account. This can be from standing charges to unit rates and just generic billing errors. All suppliers are held against the current Ofgem or Ofwat regulations, which are always changing due to the impact of Covid-19. If we believe we have a strong enough case, we will contact the customer to delve deeper into the account and go forward with the reclaim.

Thank you Trilogy

I own a hotel in Llandudno and was contacted by Trilogy Consultants who initially I had never heard of before. However, after my experience with them I will be sure to recommend to anyone else who owns a business. I was made aware I had been overpaying on my utilities and that I was due a rebate which again, was something I was unaware of. The whole process was smooth and was explained/ dealt with very efficiently.

I soon after received my rebate along with a reduced rate on my utilities. For an independent business owner in a challenging time, this company has helped me alot. Thank you Trilogy!

Would recommend.

Simple really, trilogy came out to one of my care homes and apparently could save me money on my water account, I was slightly suspicious at first as I get calls like this all the time, however I received a substantial rebate along with an immediate reduction in my rates. Would highly recommend to other business owners.

WOW what can I say

WOW what can I say, trilogy have been a massive blessing on how they have co operated with our company and how efficient they were dealing with my discrepancies on my water account, I was contacted march last year, a field agent named Nathan came out to see me to discuss my account breaking down what’s happened and how they will go about getting this money back for me. I have now received my overcharges back and I can’t thank them enough for this.
