Very reliable terminals and service, my account manager is always very helpful and prompt. Also way cheaper then my old provider

Customer service is great, devices are simple and fast to take payments. Staff don’t have any issues with them. Fees are clear and fair, would highly recommend

We have two terminals with this company, terminals arrived pre-configured and were up and running within 5 minutes, they’re reliable and do exactly what we need. Monthly invoicing is simple and clear, and the online portal gives us access to our transaction data, can’t fault them.

I have to say I’m very impressed with the service I’ve received from TCS so far.

I have 2 restaurants and since start of trading always struggled with my payment systems, wether it be the terminals themselves or the charges I faced when having to pay my provider, it has often caused myself and my staff a lot of stress, especially during peak times.

Trilogy Card Specialists reached out and I had one of their representatives come out to me, he ran through their systems, fees etc and It seemed a no brainer. Based on what I’d seen available on the market I took them up and all I can say is it’s they haven’t disappointed.
Their terminals are very quick and the staff that I’ve spoke to are helpful, polite and most of all make it easy to understand the system that is that deals with our money !!

Fantastic company came out and explained all my current charges and turns out I was being charged more than I was being shown. Instantly charged a fixed rate machines came following week and very simple to use. Can’t complain so far great experience.

Fraudulent and misleading cold call! From a guy called Ellis Hunt
Who stated ‘we are being investigated for over charges’ after a bit of digging and a quick google search I found out that they are a card terminal company that want to come and sell their terminal
The implication was… we were doing something wrong and we need to be investigated by a member of their team who would visit us and look through our statements.
We were told since covid we were over charging by around our customers by around 20%

Totally misleading and dishonest call.

I got a call from Lewis at Trilogy card specialists late last year, I didn’t realise I was paying over the odds for my card terminals from Dojo, but Lewis explained the situation very concisely when I met him. We’ve been using Trilogy card terminals ever since then and I can’t fault them, their rates are fair, sometimes transactions take a minute to go through, could just be wifi connection. The customer service from Hannah and Olivia has been outstanding as well. Overall great experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Trilogy card specialists.

Brilliant company, I had an agent come to my site, they have made my bills so easy to understand and managed to reduce my price by 20% it was a no brainer switching to these guys. I have an account manager dealing with any queries I have about my account which is cherry on-top of the cake

Got fed up with my current supplier constantly putting up my fees, having hidden charges, telling me the terminals were locked to their epos system, constantly going down with no back up sim card, These guy came out abd got me refunds and are all round cheaper and reliable

Highly recommend this company. Good price, honest and very clear in terms of breaking down exactly what I’m paying for. Spoke to Louis yesterday, he gave me clear guidance on getting the best deal, as I said highly recommend Trilogy.

All good so far I came to agreement with Trilogy Cards with George a few months ago when they sorted my utilities. I have had the terminals for 3 months now and had no issues and great customer service.

Trilogy Card Specialists was not our first choice, and I was looking at a few options however I came across them as my mate recommended them to me as I was In desperate need of an upgrade on my payment systems. Liam was very helpful and was super all the way through the process . The next day I received 10 terminals which was great. When it comes to smaller companies, I am always very cautious on who I deal with, and Liam was amazing! He was kind and extremely patient as I had 101 questions which he answered perfectly and made me feel more confident in dealing with choosing Trilogy Card Specialists. Even after the agreement was signed Liam was still at the end of the phone for any questions I had and never once felt like he left my out to dry when I signed, which a lot of companies do! So far, my experience has been 10 out of 10 and I have had no issues with the terminals, and they are so much easier to use compared to our last terminals, our staff love them.

I must admit, I’m usually quite wary of cold calls, but I was genuinely taken aback by a recent conversation with a gentleman named Louis. From the very beginning, he was courteous, well-spoken, and clearly focused on helping both me and my business. What I initially assumed might be just another sales call turned out to be incredibly eye-opening — I had no idea how much I was being overcharged on my current card machine fees. Thanks to Louis’s expertise and guidance, I’ve now secured savings of over £4,000 a year. He was informative without being pushy, and his professionalism and genuine approach completely changed my perception. Louis is an absolute credit to his field.

Trilogy card specialists reached out to me explaining how I had been overcharged on the card terminals at my site, I was slightly confused at first but after a visit from one of their representatives who explained things in detail for me, I have to say I’m massively impressed with the service they offer.

I received a call from Liam saying I’ve over paid on my card terminals, took a lot of convincing for me to sit down and meet with them but I have no regrets. Excellent service.
