Excellent experience with TRIPP, quality is really good, very light and sturdy cases. I bought large and the cabin cases. Customer service is absolutely amazing and the communication was excellent specially from Chantelle, i was very impressed.

Beware of their fake 5 year warranty!
I bought a few Tripp suitcases. My medium suitcase the netting had come away within 2 months of purchasing and it was replaced immediately. Now, 2 years later my large suitcase the netting started coming away again. I have only used the suitcase twice and they have said this does not fall under warranty.
It appears that they just pick and chose what falls under warranty and what doesn't. I have just seen someone leave a comment here saying the airline damaged their suitcase and they sent a replacement. According to their warranty this does not fall under warranty!
Honestly, save your money, and purchase a similar cost suitcase from M&S because at least it won't fall apart after 2 uses and they will actually adhere to warranty.

I had an issue with a new suitcase that I had only used once. I sent an email to the customer service team and this was responded to in a very timely manner by Sasha Gaskell. Sasha Gaskell the customer service agent that dealt with my issue was amazing from start to finish. Sashaâs communication and instructions were 1st class very clear and concise in what was needed to resolve the issue. Sasha resolved our issue in no time at all and also had a replacement dispatched in no time at all. Also TRIPP suitcases you should be proud that you have members of staff like Sasha that give that level of aftercare to their customers!! Top marks from us!! Also I just want to add this is the second lot of suitcases I have bought from TRIPP in 21 years, their quality is second to none!! MASSIVE THANKS ONCE AGAIN TO SASHA GASKELL AND TRIPP!!

I had a great experience with the Customer Service Team (Sasha in particular was really helpful) after reporting an issue with a damaged suitcase. They responded promptly and arranged for 2 new replacement cases to be sent out without any hassle. Really appreciated how helpful they were and no need to return the damaged items which saved a lot of inconvenience. Overall a very efficient and customer-focused service. Unfortunately one of the wheels jammed up during my last trip and as it had a 5 year warranty I got in touch with customer service fully expecting them to wriggle out of the warranty. I couldnât be more wrong. They were unable to send me a wheel and so I was sent a brand new replacement case. I had planned on buying a larger case too but as the replacement is expandable I have been saved that cost too.
