Excellent experience with TRIPP, quality is really good, very light and sturdy cases. I bought large and the cabin cases. Customer service is absolutely amazing and the communication was excellent specially from Chantelle, i was very impressed.

Beware of their fake 5 year warranty!

I bought a few Tripp suitcases. My medium suitcase the netting had come away within 2 months of purchasing and it was replaced immediately. Now, 2 years later my large suitcase the netting started coming away again. I have only used the suitcase twice and they have said this does not fall under warranty.

It appears that they just pick and chose what falls under warranty and what doesn't. I have just seen someone leave a comment here saying the airline damaged their suitcase and they sent a replacement. According to their warranty this does not fall under warranty!

Honestly, save your money, and purchase a similar cost suitcase from M&S because at least it won't fall apart after 2 uses and they will actually adhere to warranty.

Customer Service is brilliant. Bought case a month ago, did one trip and the expansion zip broke off, the stitching looked faulty. They replaced it immediately with sincere apologies and kept me informed all the way. Thanks to Helen.

Great experience with Customer Service Advisor Sasha who sorted my issue quickly and efficiently.

I placed my online order for 2 suitcases … 24 hours later on a Saturday I received it ! Amazing service.

However upon unpacking I found one suitcase did not have the lock and 2 keys ….. I immediately emailed on the same delivery day …. first thing the next morning on a Sunday I received a favourable reply … explaining the missing items would be dispatched from the warehouse.

My suitcase was damaged by the airline . I got n touch with Tripp and they arranged a replacement.

Sasha at Tripp was extremely helpful & replaced my case with no fuss as a good will gesture as I only noticed the damage to the case at the airport before I went. On my return I contacted Tripp & was impressed with the service & also how quickly it was sorted out. Thank you

I had an issue with a new suitcase that I had only used once. I sent an email to the customer service team and this was responded to in a very timely manner by Sasha Gaskell. Sasha Gaskell the customer service agent that dealt with my issue was amazing from start to finish. Sasha’s communication and instructions were 1st class very clear and concise in what was needed to resolve the issue. Sasha resolved our issue in no time at all and also had a replacement dispatched in no time at all. Also TRIPP suitcases you should be proud that you have members of staff like Sasha that give that level of aftercare to their customers!! Top marks from us!! Also I just want to add this is the second lot of suitcases I have bought from TRIPP in 21 years, their quality is second to none!! MASSIVE THANKS ONCE AGAIN TO SASHA GASKELL AND TRIPP!!

I have sent 2 emails making a claim under the warranty and have received no reply in over a month. Please respond to my emails with a resolution

I had a great experience with the Customer Service Team (Sasha in particular was really helpful) after reporting an issue with a damaged suitcase. They responded promptly and arranged for 2 new replacement cases to be sent out without any hassle. Really appreciated how helpful they were and no need to return the damaged items which saved a lot of inconvenience. Overall a very efficient and customer-focused service. Thank you Sasha for resolving the issue so smoothly. Will definitely continue to purchase my luggage with Tripp.

I recently experienced a tear in my suitcase and reached out to customer services at Tripp. As my purchase was covered under their 5-year guarantee, the issue was handled smoothly. Nikita Priestly provided excellent support throughout the process and promptly arranged a replacement. The service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend them.

Although I purchased a suitcase last November unfortunately the zip malfunctioned and had to be replaced. I had a very good customer service experience with Sasha who dealt with the problem in a timely manor and I received my replacement case very quickly. Would totally recommend.

Great products and great support. You find out how good a company is when you have an issue. Tripp have been great. We've had countless luggage items from Tripp over the years and had an issue with a cabin bag we bought just over a year ago. Contacted their customer team who were great. Issue resolved quickly. We’ve bought a number of cases from Tripp and feel the value and design is excellent. But most importantly we had warranty issue on one case and the response and support from their customer service (Amanda) was gold standard. Great job!

I had an issue with an item that I had purchased on line from Tripp when it was damaged. I contacted customer service and with the guarantee was immediately offered a replacement. Nikita in customer service handled my issue quickly and efficiently and resolved it within a few days. Well done!!!

I bought my Tripp suitcase over 3 years ago and I have used it loads since. Unfortunately one of the wheels jammed up during my last trip and as it had a 5 year warranty I got in touch with customer service fully expecting them to wriggle out of the warranty. I couldn’t be more wrong. They were unable to send me a wheel and so I was sent a brand new replacement case. I had planned on buying a larger case too but as the replacement is expandable I have been saved that cost too. I am beyond thrilled with the service I received by Amanda Lennon in customer services and can’t praise her enough for the way she handled my situation. Thank you so much Amanda and Tripp. I love my new case 😍
