Beware of their fake 5 year warranty

Beware of their fake 5 year warranty!

I bought a few Tripp suitcases. My medium suitcase the netting had come away within 2 months of purchasing and it was replaced immediately. Now, 2 years later my large suitcase the netting started coming away again. I have only used the suitcase twice and they have said this does not fall under warranty.

It appears that they just pick and chose what falls under warranty and what doesn't. I have just seen someone leave a comment here saying the airline damaged their suitcase and they sent a replacement. According to their warranty this does not fall under warranty!

Honestly, save your money, and purchase a similar cost suitcase from M&S because at least it won't fall apart after 2 uses and they will actually adhere to warranty.

Customer service and close are terrible

Customer service is terrible. I have emailed, DM on Instagram and filled out the contact us page on their website. No response!

3 days after my order arrived, their website closed for a one week break. So I haven’t been able to begin the returns process. I’ve contacted multiple times with no response.

They don’t offer returns on sale items, but don’t have much information about sizing on their website and ask you to email about sizing… but they never respond!!!

Not what was advertised or expected

Not what was advertised or expected. A very basic boat trip, far from a sunset cruise. Everyone on the trip wanted to get off immediately. There was no welcome or safety features, the music was only the radio. It was really choppy waters and the time was advertised wrong which meant we missed our dinner reservation. Would not recommend.

Worst customer service

We used this services a couple times with very average cleans so we decided to stop using the service, however they automatically booked one in for us without letting us know via email confirmation. When the cleaner turned up at the door Monday morning we accepted the clean as I didn’t have the time to sort this issue out as I had to get to work and i thought she might have actually cleaned!!

When i returned from work the house was in a worse condition than when I left. I’m not sure what the cleaner was doing for 3 hours but it was definitely not cleaning. If the cleaner ran out of time I would have at least expected the communal areas to be cleaned (kitchen/bathroom/hallway), which I had written on the priority list.

I rang fantastic services straightaway and sent photos as evidence expecting a refund for this ‘clean’. Now, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I have been in dispute with them about this for 3 months now, with empty promises to call back and dicuss this case further with the service provider. It’s not thousands of pounds we’re discussing, it’s about the principle. I’m not paying for something I’m not happy with. They definitely just want to rob you of your money.

Also Im not sure what’s taking so long. I rang them straightaway to let them know how unhappy I was and sent photos of the dirty floor and bathroom as the cleaner has not cleaned?! Not sure what this is taking 3 months, I think they’re probably hoping you’ll foget about it.

Most companies care about their customer service so if you’re unhappy about the service they provide you will receive a refund. However, fantastic services customer services is more than terrible. I would just save yourself the headache and find someone else.
