Fijn contact gehad met klantenservice, nadat ik dacht dat het bedrijf een fout had gemaakt met mijn bestelling. Echter had ik zelf niet goed opgelet bij de maatvoering van een armband. Klantenservice... もっず芋る

Supersnelle service. Per ongeluk de verkeerde maat doorgegeven en telefonisch contact opgenomen. Zeer vriendelijke dame aan de lijn, die de nodige aanpassingen deed. Mooi verpakt. Dus een heel tevred... もっず芋る

Prima bedrijf, levert snel en alles is netjes verpakt. De indeling op hun site vind ik beter dan van de officiële site en daarbij hebben ze meer kralen op voorraad. Ook meer combi-aanbiedingen, duidel... もっず芋る

I purchased the TB Tulips in Bloom bracelet. Everything OK. Fast shipping here in Italy too and everything well packaged. I don't give 5 stars because they didn't accompany the bracelet with the Troll... もっず芋る

Extremely rude people!

Extremely rude people!
I tried to make an order; I am italian but I live in Ireland, so I tried to use my italian credit card, they cancelled the order because the card was different from the country. That's fine, I sent an email asking if I could proceed with another card and their answer is "DON'T ORDER ON OUR SITE!!!!"

First time that happen honestly.. I make an order of 1300 euros and this is the treatment??

EDIT: Dear Mr Pascale, the second credit card that I used was a Revolut card that is accepted worldwide!
If you don't like accept credit cards is fine you could have asked for a bank transfer but instead you sent me an email with "DON'T ORDER ON OUR SITE!!!!"

Again, I my advice is avoid this very rude and ignorant vendor, he doesn't know how to manage an ecommerce webiste and he doesn't know how deal with clients!

Dear Sir,
You ordered the first time with an italian card and delivery in Ireland , the second time you ordered with a card from Portugal. So this want to say that you are portugees too????
You didn't contact us asking if you could proceed with another card.
If you understand that the card can not be different of the country why do you try with yet another card from another country?
We ask you not to order because with creditcards the real cardowner can ask for a chargeback and than the money is taken of our account and the perchased goods are already delivered. So either way we are 1300€ ligther.
If you can order by bank transfer no problem.
