Excellent choice of stock and first class service from order to delivery. This company genuinly cares for the welfare of their fish. I ordered a selection of tropical fish a d all arrived in great condition and have settled quickly in the tank. Highly recommend.

Excellent stock, service, packaging and delivery. Recommended.

I ordered some fish around 1.5 years ago, the fishes came happy and healthy, one of my fish was juvenile when delivered so myself and my partner were never sure of the sex, today I decided to ring and ask if Tropco wouldn’t mind taking a look at some pictures now the fish is adult to determine the gender.

They were very happy to help, quick and polite responses through email and certainly had no problem with taking the time to help me out.

We now no longer have a princess fish, rather a king...

Used these guys a few times now most recently for a High Grade Orange & Black Oranda. Was kept updated as delivery was postponed (for fish welfare reasons) due to the very cold weather. Oranda was a lovely colour & obviously very healthy & well looked after their end. Settled in immediately & has been a fantastic addition to the office aquarium. Would definitely recommend.

Fish are in great condition, I got 10 and asked for more males than females.....unfortunately I only recieved 1 male and 9 females.

Very good value for money. Fast service. Will be purchasing from here again. Very helpful and rapid replies.

Stupid me didn’t use aquarium quarantine and introduce many tetra diseases in my aquarium now I lost all new fishes and lot off my old fishes, am I very sad yes

Really, really good! Updated me every step of the process, shipped to me on time, and the prices were also great!

I was particularly impressed when I got a call telling me that they would replace/refund two of my fish that weren’t up to standard, meaning that they weren’t just going to give me anything like a pet shop would, but wanted to actually make sure they sent out quality fish.

Will definitely buy from again (maybe when they got more saltwater fish), all the best guys.

The staff send out obvious sick fish. Received a Cichlid Kribensis with a big tumour on it's tail. Previously order had white spot on tetras. Staff are stupid or don't care. It appears staff send out any fish whatever its condition and don't hold back sick fish for customer service. I suggest you avoid this company.

The delivery and correspondence from them was great! However the fish arrived with white spot and I’ve lost 6 in total because of it. Speedy service but the quality wasn’t very good, I won’t order again.

They have staff that can clearly not tell the difference between fish. Ordered albino Oscar most definitely not a white more of a dirty yellow which is not what I wanted. Guppies well what a rip-off have ordered plenty mixed guppies well not mixed when you get most of the same with one different to the rest. Very last hate the way due to COVID they duck off there customers that don’t live near to visit like we just don’t matter.

Any albino should never have dark eyes as this clearly not correct

I think this company are truly amazing they go beyond with there customer service. There website is packed full information and the ordering service is amazing and even the next call back service is truly amazing to be asked for your delivery is truly great and the delivery to the packaging and the courier service is truly amazing . A specially with the currently what the country is going through. So in closing and amazing company and well recommended.

Fantastic service, fish arrived all packed and safe, with heat pads to keep the water the right temp.

Delivered to Scotland with no problems at all. Fish very healthy and happy and are exactly as described. Will be using TropCo again.

Won’t deliver to mid-Scotland ( anything a mile north of Dundee), not listed on website. Blames this on the couriers, but there are other couriers happy to deliver to the whole of Scotland. Don’t claim UK delivery on your site when you can’t supply to the top 1/3 of the country.

Ordered 2 fancy goldfish, black moor, (10 to 12 cm) and calico ranchu (7 to 8cm).
Got a call as soon as I ordered to confirmed the delivery date and delivered them in 3 days which I was happy with.
However when I got them my black moor was 8cm and ranchu 6cm. I told them about the black moor since it was way too small and sent them picture. They refunded £5 but at that time I didn't realise my ranchu was also smaller than what it should be.
I think they mistakenly gave me smaller size
