Easy to order quick delivery usual excellent product

Fantastic products that smell great and my skin looks so much better.

I've been using these products for a while. Love that they are vegan and not tested on animals. Wide range, maybe too wide , but can find what I need. The offers make it better and quick delivery.

Love all tropic products

Quick delivery. Beautifully packaged

I placed an order on 7 August. It was dispatched quickly, but on checking tracking, Royal Mail decided not to even attempt delivery. After talking to our postman over a week later, he said they were short staffed and had a couple of days post that remained at the sorting office. Two weeks later, the item is still at the sorting office, will not be delivered now, and I have emailed Tropic to tell them this. All they can say is to collect it. I have no way of getting to the sorting office as it's 5 miles away. I paid for delivery to my house and I am now getting ignored by Tropic - so no product and no resolution. My contract is with Tropic, not Royal Mail, so it is Tropic's responsibility to either refund me in full or send another item, then take this up with Royal Mail. Terrible communication by email and over 30 minutes to wait by phone. Not impressed which is a shame as their products are lovely.
