Bonjour j'ai un gros problÚme avec truefashion j'ai commandé un climatiseur et je n'ai jamais rien reçu et en plus je suis prélevé de 9 euros 70 chaque mois
Pouvez-vous me dire comment tous arrêter car vraiment une belle arnaque et impossible de résilier
Si ça continue je vais aller porter plainte contre le site

Wanting a refund

I was assigned to Sammy as I wanted to cancel my membership.
She acted very quickly and explained how much I will be refunded and how and when I should receive it and to check spam aswell.
I am really pleased so far but obviously I will be more so when I have received my refund.
