If I could give a -1 I would. Don’t waste your time with this scam of a company. You’ll have better quality, customer support and luck with Postfly!

I would give them a zero rating if I could. My son-in-law likes the boxes when he gets them but it isn’t every month. They change my credit card every month. The answer I got from them was that they were behind on orders.

Tried several times to connect truefly supply about missing subscriptions boxes and keep getting an automated response of "your request has been received and is being reviewed by our staff " and that is as far as it goes. I have not been contacted by support staff about my issue that I am having not receiving my last two subscriptions boxes. It's sad I paid for a six month subscription and only received one box. I'm beginning to think they do not care about the customers. The subscription box I got was for fly tying as I am an avid tier and also volunteer with local classes to help teach fly tying, the first box I got was great I enjoyed tying the pattern they had sent the product is quality just the customer service need a ton of help to bring the standard up.

Hello my name is Isaac Ramos I made a purchase 2 months ago to go on a Box and my Box had not arrived not arrive I am really mad I'm really tired I keep on sending messages and they said they will get to it but they never do You're already made a purchase you want me to want me to do another purchase on a dother purchases on a knowledge incoming fly Box But I only order one subscription Box They learned to the wrong house The tracking number says that the Box is in Colorado Do not live in Colorado I live in California Can you please solve this problem suppose we did fly Box for a present for my brother. Super bad company this is the last time I will purchase something with this company it's really badI would not recommend you for no know of my family or friends.

I love the customer service. I had a problem and expressed my thoughts. Received an email from the CEO asking for a personal telephone call. Problem resolved. Worked out great for both parties. I got what I requested and you got a customer for life.

I like my truefly supply box a lot! I like the flies, I like being able to customize my box, and I like the surprises. The only thing I don't like is the inconsistencies in shipping and the timing of the boxes.

Good stuff in the box I am liking it so far. Cannot wait to use the flies with my grandson.

I have used 2 different companies and this one is the best. It offers more in the boxes and it’s different every month.

Love all the stuff that comes in these supply drops but my last one took forever. I was charged for it on the 14th and was notified with a tracking # on the 25th and tracked for the first week and it never left golden, and did not receive it for another week and a half. Maybe need to have 2 supply drops a month to keep up with the demand.

The quality of the flies were great but the customer service not so much. I was short a set of flies in the last box they sent me. And when I emailed them about it they did not reply. So i canceled my subscription.
