Horrible ordered it Nov 2020, it's now January they still havent come. They also said I'd get my money back......that was 5 days ago, 2 to 5 business days
Company is a rip off. Dont buy

Not impressed with the shipping time or with the quality of the harness. Shipping took way too long through DHL. I ordered the harness on Dec. 2nd and it was delivered on the 22nd.
Once the harness arrived, I looked it over. The stitching on the “reflective” gray band across the front of the harness was stitched crooked. It looks like something a kid stitched together. Not professional at all. I tried it on my 8lb. Chihuahua. Every time I tighten it on her, it loosens up during our walk. I think it’s probably a good harness for a larger dog but it hasn’t worked out well for our dog. I would have been better off going to Petsmart and purchasing a similar harness for half the price.

Ordered on December 4th. Still have not received it 20 days later. The order has been shipped from China and had I known that I would never had ordered from this company. Extremely disappointed.

Very pleased! My Wheaton Terrier loves to pull and chase anything that comes in his view. I bought a harness from the local pet store, but it was no different from using is collar.
I saw the ad for Trueharness and gave it try.
What a difference Trueharness made on our first walk. Very easy to control him and easy on my back and arm.

The customer support for this site is the worst I've ever experienced. I paid for express shipping with a tracking number. I understand with covid there will be delays. After several emails, I finally obtained a tracking number. To my dismay, I discovered that my item is being shipped DHL ecommerce. The DHL site states that this method takes 20-25 business days. I've never seen anything like this and I buy many items online from many different sites.

I absolutely love these harnesses! My dogs never did walk well on a normal collar and would choke themselves, which worried me. Then we found Trueharness and it was a life saver for both me and my dogs! They no longer pull and actually listen better while on their harnesses. I am now a forever customer and a true fan of these harnesses. Have recommended to everyone I know that had dogs (big or small). Highly recommend!

We just received our True Harness today. It seems to be high quality.It was very simple to adjust the fit for our dog, and goes on and off quickly and easily. The buckle seems well made , which I had bad experiences with from another brand of harness. I'm very happy with this purchase, well worth the money!

It's been nearly 2 months and I still don't have the product. Ordered Oct 23 and contacted "Katie" asking where the package is as tracking showed "label created" forever. She told me it was shipped and I will receive it in the next few days... 2 weeks later still nothing nor tracking update I reach out again. She now says they have 27 days to ship and it's not that time yet.

Another week later tracking shows delivered but nothing. So I reach out again to Katie asking for refund. She apologises and says will reship. I ask them to not use "yun express" and she confirms that this time they have used DHL.... Receive their tracking number and again its "yun express" and the loop continues.

I really don't know how this company has so many 5 star reviews. Must be fake reviews as I have seen countless reviews like mine and it seems like only negative reviews are true.

It seemed like it was taking forever to get the 2 Harnesses I ordered.I found a link to Customer Service and explained my issue. Kate assured me I would get my order the following week. True to her word, i received them. The items were worth waiting for. I thank you and will pass on my experience.

We are in Australia and ordered our Trueharness 2 weeks ago and it arrived yesterday! Great service! We have a 12 month old Wolfhound x Bull Arab so he is big, powerful and naughty! In other words a nightmare to walk on a lead! We took him for a walk on it this morning and it works a treat! Reduced his pulling and looks very stylish too! We recommend this product.

We have a three year old Golden Retriever that we could not break from pulling.
I saw Trueharness and decided to give it a try.
We are so very pleased with the harness and leash and we are not being pulled any longer. Outstanding product.

My one year old German Shepard loves to take me for a walk. His favorite game I call drag the human. I purchased the TrueHarness thinking it was stylish but couldn’t imagine it would stop him from pulling. It truly is a no-pull harness. We no longer play the DRAG THE HUMAN.game. I love this harness!

True Harness is the best thing I ever brought . Classy my dog is more controllable and comfortable with on its easy to fasten in a seatbelt for safety for them in the car.

I am very pleased with the quality of this harness. I had to wait for it but was well worth it! I also received the seat belt attachment, haven't used it but it also seems to be of good quality.

Great product overall but the waiting time was ridiculously long !
That's a shame they are not sitting in Australia or I would have brought this new dog bed for willow.
Otherwise the harness is excellent.

Pepper loves her true harness a lot it's a lot easier to walk her no pulling and so fast to put on and off and I love having her name on it how many times people ask what her name is I like the true harness so much I got her brother Raphael one to a jack Russell/mix thinks again love ❤️ it

BUYER BE AWARE! If you purchase a harness from TrueHarness and have issues receiving your order, you may have the displeasure of dealing with their miserable customer service department who might avoid you, deny the problem, call you a liar, attempt to drag out the problem in hopes you go away, make up other potential reasons it was the customer's fault (like suggest someone in her family used the credit card or perhaps she forgot about placing the order?), etc. After 2 months of continuous communications, here is their latest response to my Mom, who placed an order after I had bought one of their harnesses for my dog. After many, many attempts to resolve the matter with TrueHarness directly, she was finally left with no option but to contact her credit card company to initiate a chargeback. When she did so, she received (threatened with) the following...
"We are always happy to work with our customers and find resolutions to any issue, however opening chargebacks is very damaging to our business and costs us a lot of money, so we will be fighting your chargeback to the fullest extent as such unless we are able to resolve the matter between us...We're requesting you to remove the Chargeback as it can take over a month to resolve and for you to get your funds back.

Please let us know if in any case you might not have received the order or maybe you forgot about this order after placing it, also there are chances that someone from your family used your card to place the order and they forgot to inform you.... Disputes aren't the fastest way to solve this.
