The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever. No instructions or guidance to assist in any way, had to throw the products away.
Dont buy!! save your money! make Sure that the Company has a customer service that has a good reputation before you purchase my mistake..

Quick delivery!

Quick delivery!! quality of product surprised me. The prices are responsible and the best part they have COA’s to prove quality. I was very impressed and am sure to purchase again.

not delivered

The package was shipped immediately after the order was placed, but it never reached me. Customer service responded quickly but failed to resolve the issue. I was refused a refund and offered only a 20% discount on a future order, so I had to initiate a bank chargeback procedure, which proved successful. Can’t tell about the quality of the product because I never got it. I might try to order again.

Untrustworthy reta

Good shipping, but out of the four reta products ive used, true research is the only one that gives me skin irritation on the skin. Ive tested the same variables and everything and its only their reta.
