Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we source and supply the worlds best tea. We have an extensive range of tea which has been sought to appeal to customers who are as enthusiastic about tea as we are. We have a range of over 80 loose leaf tea blends which range from an english breakfast black tea all the way to a caramel rooibos tea. Although our products are available to purchase online, we also attend monthly farmer's markets and local events around Yorkshire, such as the Harrogate Flower Show. We are focused on providing a first class service and dispatching an array of quality teas to our customers, either at retail or wholesale, on a daily basis. Aside from loose leaf tea, we stock biodegradable pyramid tea bags which are plastic free and packed with our own loose leaf tea blends! If customers aren't sure which teas to choose, we have a tea subscription which is perfect for yourself or as a gift for a friend or loved one.

Zero flavour, withheld property, and hostile management

I ordered 200 Cinnamon Supreme Pyramid Tea Bags (£39.95, Order #80168) expecting the advertised "Madagascar cinnamon pieces." Upon brewing, the tea contained zero cinnamon flavour or aroma, performing sensorially as basic black tea.
​When raised under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, company founder Matt dismissed missing core ingredients as "subjective taste" and hid behind an "opened food" return policy.
​After returning 190 tea bags at my own expense (£4.45, Royal Mail Tracked 48) for an internal inspection, management:
​Refused a refund or return postage reimbursement.
​Refused to provide any proof, logs, or evidence of their reported "tests."
​Refused to return my property unless I paid additional delivery fees.
​Responded with condescending, hostile emails, deflecting from the facts and dismissively telling me to report them to Trading Standards.
​Total failure in product quality, complete lack of transparency, and unethical retention of customer property. Reported to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, and my credit card provider. Avoid this Product

Excellent teas

Excellent teas! I tried a few, as it is possible to buy samples. I have my favourites, but all teas I tried are of exceptional quality.
The company has a simple well organised website and effecient delivery service, I always receive my orders promptly.

Easy to order

Easy to order. Mailed promptly. They look good, but are part of a gift for a friend, so can't comment on the taste. No complaints at all.
