Megan Willey went above and beyond to help me secure a new mortgage and new remortgages. Absolute A* service, Megan couldn’t do enough to help and support me. Communication was amazing, always answered calls and emails very quickly. I couldn’t have done it without Megan, Thank you so much.

Great company, fast and helpful responses

I with my daughter used Trufe to get a Mortgage on a Flat in the North West UK. The service was excellent and all went well, until the valuation of the property whereby we were told that a EWS 1 form was required.
This had nothing to do with Trufe but was a major problem for the lender.

My daughter was devastated as the flat in both accommodation and location was ideal.

Despite Trufes best efforts , no lender would lend on the property due to the surveyors report which i knew to be wrong.

Trufe did not walk away form the issue but the MD of the company called me personally and then continued to support and help me with the issues.

In the back ground Patrick our advisor worked extremely hard going above what would be normal to help.

Eventually we proved that the valuation was wrong and we gained our Mortgage with help from the Lender and through PHil, Trufes MD's support and Patrick working with us.

This is the first time we are buying a house and had no idea what to do and where to go. Our case was handed to mortgage broker Yelda, which I can say she is wonderful. She helped us a lot in understanding the process and with anything with needed help with.
