Excellent service, fast and efficient. I would definitely use them again

After a rocky first start with a previous mortgage broker; Michelle and I were a little nervous about taking the journey to buying our first house. We had made an offer on our dream home and needed to change brokers quickly.

After an initial call with Fraser (who was excellent) I was put through to Sarah J. I've never felt so reassured when dealing with such complex situations like buying a house. Sarah's attention to details was brilliant, she listened was compassionate and generally made me feel at ease the entire time.

Given previous credit issues the offer that was given was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better offer and it’s because of Sarah's thoughtfulness that meant she was able to find the best deal on the market.

Once the ball was rolling and the application had been made, we were put in touch with Amanda, who was essential in getting us the quick turnaround of our mortgage. I didn't have many dealings with Amanda outside of emails, but I imagine she is just as excellent as Sarah was!

The level of detail Sarah took for Michelle, and I meant that 5 weeks later, with only one follow up question from the lender Michelle and I had our final offer.

To say we're buzzing doesn't even come close and the cherry on top of the cake is trufe offer discounted broker fees for NHS staff. which I think sums up their passionate for allowing people to get their dream home!

Well what can I say... we were the people who had tried 2 other mortgage brokers who told us they couldnt get us a mortgage. We had lost all hope when someone answered my enquiry at 6pm on a friday night!
First thing saturday morning (to my surprise) Yelda rang us to say they would do everything they possibly could to find us a mortgage.
Only a few days later we got one!
It was an absolute miracle and Ive never seen someone work so hard.
Really did save our lives and we cannot reccomend them enought.

Rachel Haley has been a godsend, on hand whenever I need something answering and has done way more than outlined for her fee. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
