Daniel Robinson has been incredible in securing a mortgage for me, especially as there were only a few companies offering 95% mortgages before they all came out the wood work just as we got the ball rolling but we carried on. Then we hit a bump in the road when the mortgage company refused to offer a DIP due to my wife's bad credit score.. so we decided I should go in it alone and I am proud to say I was offered a DIP on my own salary. Daniel worked extremely hard to get the result we needed and was very flexible to work around us so we could discuss our options and move forward in the process. Daniel also helped me with my Personal protection policy and got me a great deal. I would 100% recommend Trufe and Daniel. Thank you again for your help, professionalism, dedication and motivation.

Never thought I would need a mortgage advisor but was the best thing I did, I had been struggling to get the mortgage I needed so decided to go with Trufe.
Richard was the most professional, made me feel comfortable right from the get go, if I didn't understand something he explained it, if I asked a question it was never a stupid question. Nothing was too much trouble! Within a few weeks my mortgage was applied for and accepted!! He did more in those 2 weeks than I had managed to do in 18 months and took the stress straight out of it and he did all the paperwork for me!
Can't fault anything at all, will be using again when it comes to remortgaging. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Daniel has put in serious effort on getting us a mortgage. Not an easy case with a few setbacks. But he explained everything really well.
Pleasure to have Daniel on my side during all of this. His help made the process so much easier and far less stressful than I anticipated!

Daniel has also helped me getting insurances sorted, something I had not thought about. Definitely glad he brought that to my attention.

Absolutely amazing. I was in a position where I needed to move quickly. Richard explained everything clearly to me and why I couldn't have a mortgage initially. He then gave me some suggestions about how I could improve my situation.

He called me a few months later explaining changes in the market and to check my details again. He found that he could now help and got me an AIP the same day, Honestly can not fault his commitment to his customers. I feel he really understood my circumstances and listened to me. I have no problems in telling people to give Richard a call.

From start to finish Jatinder was amazing. She was there at a drop of a hat to help with anything that we needed. Our application processes was a nightmare for many reason but none the fault of Jatinder yet her commitment to getting it over the line and supporting us the whole time was amazing. When at times it looked like nothing would go our way she somehow found a solution and I’ll always be grateful for all her hard work and help.
