Kirsty was very helpful. All questions answered professionally. Went over all options and found me a suitable deal, saving me money and years of my mortgage. They are keeping on top off the transaction and i feel it was a lot less stressful than I imagined.

Right from the get go Liam was quick to respond and was great at keeping us updated and making the process easy and less stressful which we didn't know could be possible as first time buyers! it was never any hassle contacting him, especially at not typical working hours and no question was silly. We felt reassured, happy and could tell he enjoys what he does! would definitely recommend to others.

Honestly I couldn't recommend Jon Milne more as a Mortgage Advisor, he helped me through every step of the process and answered any queries I had the same day! He was so helpful and gracious throughout the entire process, would definitely recommend.

Found Truufe through an online search for NHS workers. Abraam was proactive and very prompt in replying to all my queries securing me an excellent deal. He’s explained difficult concepts clearly and he’s been very helpful - being located several hundreds of miles away has made no difference. Would highly recommend.

Our experience with Trufe has been excellent. They have managed to secure us a mortgage offer that we didn't think would be possible. Jon was brilliant in securing us a mortgage offer. Always on hand to answer my messages even when it was 2100 on a Saturday night. With being self employed we had a few hurdles to overcome but Jon helped me remain calm and guided me through everything that was needed.

Jon was amazing and very patient at getting my mortgage offer for me. He really went above and beyond and calmed me down and listened to me during a very stressful period. I honestly thought it was impossible for me to get a mortgage as I got refused elsewhere with much high interest rate but he managed to get me a low interest rate and a bleeding mortgage offer! Katy was also superb in chasing the lenders for me and responding promptly. Il definitely be using them always now and can't commend them enough for the high customer service
