Being FTB we didn't have a clue what we was doing & Sarah was absolutely amazing, she was always available whenever we had questions. She talked us through every step of the way & even called to calm me down when things wasn't quiet going to plan. We honestly couldn't have done it without her. So professional, friendly, approachable & just amazing at her job. Will definitely be reccomending her to family & friends.

I know purchasing property can be really stressful, but I am so glad we had Jatinder as our broker. My partner and I consulted with many brokers before we met Jatinder. As we both are not UK citizens most brokers told us it was impossible to get mortgage for us with 10% deposit. Jatinder not only found us a good mortgage which fit with all our requirements, also she helped us throughout the entire purchasing process. She was always getting back to us on the same day when we had any questions, it was like she always had our back. I definitely recommend her to all other people who need to get a mortgage. Jatinder certainly has made the house purchasing process a lot easier for us.

Good service, very helpful.

As first time buyers, we had no clue what to do and how everything worked. Rebecca was always available to speak with us, even out of working hours which was EXTREMELY helpful, as we both work full time and it was difficult to call during work hours. Communication was very good, and the process was made easier with Rebecca explaining the whole process step by step, always in a very calm and friendly manner.

Donna and Jade have been absolutely amazing throughout the process of us getting a mortgage. Going into it we really didn't think we would manage to get a mortgage approved and thought more than anything we would just get an idea of how much deposit we would need to have in 1 or 2 years time. Donna came highly recommended and we managed to get an appointment booked in very quickly and felt reassured about the process; Donna quickly found us a lender who would accept our circumstances. It took us a while to find our dream house, but as soon as we found one Donna and Jade did the full mortgage application very quickly and we were approved in no time and at a rate we were extremely happy with. Donna made sure she showed us a variety of options in terms of mortgage term etc and that we were absolutely happy with our mortgage terms. They have gone above and beyond and even now when we are mainly just waiting for solicitors they have been updating us often on the news they have from the solicitors (so we haven't had to chase the solicitors for updates at all which is amazing) and checking in with us for any news or further questions we may have. We couldn't rate them highly enough; they have made this process so much easier and less stressful than I expected.

Excellent service from Jatinder, she made me feel very welcome and i often felt that was speaking to an old friend. She was quite thoroughand went over and beyond to deliver for her clients. I cannot recommend her enough for her excellent people skills and competent service.
