Truglaze Windows Limited レビュー

We had a new replacement front door and side window .
I am absolutely delighted with the new front door which is a replica of our old 1930’s one .
This company is a pleasure to work with. They give the sort of customer service that we all hope for but rarely find. Thank you David and your fabulous team.

Excellent service from start to finish and no messing about with quotes. Everyone was very friendly and communication was excellent and the new doors and windows look amazing.

Truglaze truly impressed me with their installation of my composite Solidor front door and both upstairs and downstairs windows, and I can't recommend them enough. The range of doors and windows they offer is remarkable, featuring extensive options for color, material, and furniture customization. Their showroom showcases a vast selection to explore and test. From my initial request for a quote to the measurement process and finally the installation, Kirsty and her team provided outstanding service. They were consistently professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to excellence. Their pricing was competitive and surpassed several local competitors I've contacted.I am absolutely thrilled with their work and would strongly endorse them to anyone seeking new doors or windows. In my view, they are unparalleled in this field!

Top job by Truglaze, excellent service. Very happy with the competitive quote (we did compare with alternate suppliers). A professional yet informal demeanor. Delivery didn't take long and was performed on the agreed date, no mucking about. Really pleased with the finished result of our replacement windows. Consequently we placed an order for some additional work to be done. Many thanks Kirsteen, Carl, Brett & Dan for the really good experience with your company. Totally recommend.

Excellent service as on previous visits … and a big shoutout to Reg the fittter - he is a credit to the company. Great service from start to finish … very helpful and friendly and extremely efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending this great local company.

We are so pleased with our recent replacement porch. The fitters, builder and roofer did an excellent job and they were so patient with our many questions!
Lisa said that we would love it and we do 😀
Would definitely recommend. Super job!

Very efficient and friendly service, easy to deal with kept to timescales and worked through the rain to ensure we had our product installed in time highly recommended

Excellent job by Truglaze. Order process was very professional, replacement windows were of good quality and value, and the fitters were really first rate. Polite and friendly service throughout, I would say this crew of Bret and Dan were about the best work crew we've had in our house - quick work, no messing about and very clean, they did leave the place spotless after every day of work. Would recommend without any reservations at all.

Fantastic pre-sale team that were all really helpful with suggestions for window choices that we hadn't considered. Very quick turnaround from survey to fitting. Painless and clean installation managed by Paul that took 2 days less than expected - oh and the price was super reasonable too 😃 Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent job at a sensible price. Installation team were quick nd very tidy.

A very professional company. From the quote, to the finished product, the team have been approachable, friendly and professional.
Everything was fully explained to me. And no tidying up was left for me to do.
Highly recommend Truglaze.

Dave visited to provide a quote on the same day we contacted Truglaze; he was helpful & professional. Installation took place within one month of ordering on scheduled date. Matt completed initial brickwork efficiently & was always respectful working consistently through bad weather conditions and took care to leave everything clean & tidy. The installation team (Brett & Dave) were conscientious, hardworking, courteous & tidy. They installed our 10 windows in 2 days, working solidly throughout heavy rain. We experienced friendly, fast, efficient customer service throughout the whole process and are delighted with our new windows. We are happy to recommend Truglaze unreservedly.

We've just had 3 windows installed (over 3 visits) and the service from Truglaze was superb. Professional, reliable and trustworthy. The guys were friendly, kind and worked solidly all day and tidied up throughly afterwards! Really pleased with the new windows, they look great!

Recently had 2 sets of windows and French Juliet balcony doors fitted by Truglaze. Easy process throughout and the team were really pleasant to deal with. The fitters came at the agreed time, did a great job and were very polite and tidy. The finished result is fantastic and we are very happy. Thank you!

Highly recommended company.

I have recently had three new windows installed at the front of the house and an area bricked up between two bedroom windows as part of the job. I'm delighted with the standard of the windows and fitting. The fitters worked hard and the builder (Matt) was brilliant: he did a meticulous job matching the existing brick slips on the house.

Thank you!

Truglaze recently fitted my house with new windows and doors. Everyone that I dealt with along the way from the initial quote to the installation have been simply brilliant, so professional and friendly and the end result is outstanding. I found them to be very competitive too.
They have transformed my property and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Thank you to everyone at Truglaze!

I highly recommend Truglaze to family, friends and anyone else needing a highly professional installation.
I spent a huge amount of time researching what company to use for 15 windows, patio doors and to replace a sizeable roof lantern. I went to 6 companies and chose Truglaze. What did I get… highly professional and personal service, attention to detail, listening to what the customer wants / requests, extremely suuuperb sash casement windows, patio doors and new flat glass lantern to replace old traditional one.
I cannot thank Truglaze enough, from Rob’s visit and swift communications with me throughout the process, to Dave in the showroom, Carl’s measuring / surveying and talking me through various options with change in roof lantern, to the fantastic fitting by Brett and Dan. All very polite, courteous, tidy, hard working with a finished installation and product that is outstanding.
I don’t normally do reviews but Truglaze have made the significant upgrade to our home a pleasurable experience.
I cannot suggest and recommend Truglaze highly enough and will use again on anther project.
Thank you to everyone at Truglaze.

Had a small problem with one of our locks in a door fitted sometime ago. From the initial call to Paul their technician arriving and promptly adjusting and fixing our problem was a matter of just hours. And just a few days before Christmas! This company is professional and has provides outstanding post installation service. Recommend to all.

From the first phone call enquiring about windows to completion of the installation everyone has been highly professional, helpful and friendly. The quote was competitive and clearly explained, the end result was exactly what was promised. The fitters were also excellent, friendly and hard working. I would definitely recommend Truglaze

Excellent window installation, that was quick and efficient with no mess. Highly recommend this business and will certainly use them again.
