First appointment
I've only had 1 appointment so far but at that appointment I was made very welcome. The girls at the reception desk were lovely. Sergio whom I spoke to about my journey was very helpful and explained fully and in straight forward way, with no technical jargon, just how things would proceed on my journey to a lovely brilliant smile.

Wonderful experience Truly
I have come off their dental in London. Bilal and his co-helper are wonderful people. They took a 3D CT scan and explained everything clearly and transparently. I'm looking forward to my teeth implant being done in January 2027. Highly recommended.
Knowing this is UK standard, I was planning to go to Turkey, but I'm staying here in the UK.

Great PR but all that glistens is not gold…
Went to Open day in Manchester but they were late calling me in and it was obviously very busy and somewhat rushed. Tried to arrange another consultation by phone to come and speak with the surgeon to discuss important medical details and hopefully see their products and discuss in more detail how they will accommodate my medical issues, but I never received the call as promised. They DID ring however on the specific day I said I COULDN’T be available to take a call and then promised to ring back the next day. Needless to say they never did and it is over a week since then and still waiting! . They seem unable to put me through to Manchester when I call the call centre in Ireland which is ridiculous. Seems like they are just not interested in having me or anyone as a patient or at least it feels like that! But to be honest it is taking so much courage to even consider this massive surgery so this lack of consideration and care has made me seriously reconsider now whether I would want them to do such invasive surgery even if their price is highly competitive. This is not good practice and I am VERY disappointed. They offer a 20 year guarantee and quality products but don’t show them to the customer prior to commitment. What about reassuring the nervous patient and taking the time to answer questions to allay any anxieties and prevent any unforeseen complications?? They can do much better! There is a lot of competition out there they should be more attentive in order to keep patients actively wanting to choose them over other companies. It is not all about the cost CONFIDENCE in the business and care given is key in my opinion.
UPDATE I appreciated that I got a response. However it is a shame that when I tried today 10/8 to schedule an opportunity to meet with the surgeon I was told by the call centre in Ireland (it is not possible to speak to Manchester from my experience) it would cost me £50 deposit PLUS £100 consultation fee!! I don’t think so! Is this how you apologise and want to rectify things?? This was offered AFTER reading notes that indicated I had an appointment last week apparently (one that I was never notified of!!) what is going on Truly Dental??

We completely understand that considering implant treatment, particularly a full-arch procedure, is a significant decision and can understandably bring with it questions and concerns. Having the opportunity to discuss your individual circumstances, medical history and treatment options in detail is an important part of feeling comfortable and confident in your decision.
We are disappointed that we did not provide the level of communication and reassurance you were expecting. Being contacted on a day you had specifically advised that you were unavailable, followed by a promised call that did not happen, understandably left you feeling that your concerns were not being prioritised. That is not the experience we want for anyone considering treatment with us.
We also appreciate your comments regarding being able to speak directly with the Manchester team. We will review the communication and follow-up process to understand where this broke down and ensure your feedback is addressed with the wider team.
We would very much welcome the opportunity to speak with you personally, answer your questions and give you the time you need to make an informed decision, with absolutely no pressure to proceed with treatment. Your confidence in both the clinical team and the care you will receive is just as important to us as the treatment itself.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry that we have fallen short of the standard of care and communication you expected from us, and we hope we have the opportunity to restore your confidence in Truly Dental.

Friendly skilled professionals
The whole team at Truly dental make you feel relaxed and at ease,they guide you through the process explain everything and always check that you are happy as you are going through your dental journey. I was having implants and they call to check on you at home after the posts and temporary implants have been fitted and email you guidance and information on the healing process etc.They encourage you to contact them if you have any questions or issues throughout.When I went for the permanent teeth to be fitted they spent time making sure they fit perfectly and that my bite was correct.All through the process Truly are perfectionists.Also they dont hit you with hidden extra costs,the pricing is very transparent and I think I got a great deal from highly skilled professionals.I would definatly recommend the Truly Dental team in Hale.

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. The staff and dentist were exceptionally friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout my visit. They took the time to explain the treatment process in detail, ensuring I knew exactly what to expect on the day.
I also appreciated the transparency regarding costs, with no hidden charges or unexpected fees. The entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and knowledge. I could not fault the service and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality dental care.

I had my consultation done here, and I loved it. I defo will do my implant here.
The receptionist, Sab, was amazing and welcoming. She had helped me out and made me feel welcomed.
The person who had helped me out and took my consultation, Bilal, was also amazing. He was transparent, told me about plans, and was very honest. I genuinely felt very welcomed and was very appreciative with the whole process. Defo would recommend.
