Moyra made me feel like ease and explained the process I would be going through. She was Truly luvverly!

They were very informative and put me at ease and no pressure and very helpful and friendly.

Made a decision to visit after see the online adverts. Appointment arranged and on arrival the staff were happy to engage and provide any answers to my questions. Spoke with co-ordinator who provided all the details and procedures.
Scans, 3D images and photos taken.
Thereafter spoke with the Dentist who also gave advice.
Appointment booked for middle of June for full bottom set.
Looking forward to having the comfort of no dentures.

Im quite a nervous person when it came to dentists and jags and stuff and talking to the team at truly dental, they make you feel at ease and they work with you and its nice to see and experience the professionalism the team have.

I cannot tell you how welcome I was made to feel from the minute I stepped through the door. The staff here are amazing! I had my consultation which involved several tests to assess suitability for implants. The results were explained to me in a way which I understood so that I could make an informed decision. I am unsure as to whether I will go ahead as my case is not exactly straightforward but had it been I would have signed up today! I cannot fault the service I received.

Horrible experience felt everything teeth to small still got lumps in my mouth still got to go back for final teeth dreading it

I had researched dental implants for a while and decided to book a consultation with Truly Dental . Instantly when I arrived at the clinic I had a good feeling I was greeted with Daniel who was lovely and friendly and next my consultation was with Moyra who I instantly felt relaxed with she was very down to earth and I felt really listened to what my fears were , there was no trying to get me to book I left the clinic that day knowing that I would be phoning back . On my next visit I was put at ease again with Moyra coming and speaking to me before I met the surgeons that would be speaking to me , they were also very nice honest in their option that would be better for me , I then decided to go ahead . On the lead up to my surgery day I had messages from Moyra with some support as she knew I was nervous, on day of surgery Moyra was at the clinic speaking to me which did calm me my surgery team were Dr Asim Bhatti assisted by Dr Rudi Mukherjee and Eslam Issa and Maria there are no words to describe how very talented and professional these people are at what they do , I knew I was in safe hands and settled to let them do there job , after surgery and I got my temp teeth I can not explain how I felt no longer having dentures in my mouth it felt like my own teeth , I am so looking forward to getting the 12 wks over to get my final teeth Moyra also stayed behind to see my final result and was very emotional as she knew what this meant to me , I can not thank everyone enough at Truly that dealt with me and there are no words to say to the incredible surgery team that gave me back my smile , please if you are looking for Dental implants and are nervous go to Truly Dental you will instantly be put at ease as soon as you walk in the clinic especially when you meet Moyra.

Spoke to a lovely coordinator who then referred me to the financial dept.
I was informed by them that I would receive an email with payment details. I’m still waiting. 😕
