Very helpful & informative . Would be happy to use them for my implants

Speaking with Chloe burke was really helpful she explained all opinions and answers any questions I had. She was really polite and understanding about my nervous on getting the treatment done. For someone that's really hate going to the dentist she really knows how to make people feel at ease by providing as much information as possible. I look forward to receiving treatment after IV been seen and come up with the treatment plan..

The staff at your establishment were very friendly and professional. I was given all the information I needed and the procedure was fully explained. Only disappointment was being put in a cupboard no air movement or daylight not a good first impression

Chloe made everything very clear and was informative and helpful allowing time for a decision regarding treatment to be considered.

I don’t usually write reviews, especially now that I’m retired, but I felt this one was worth taking the time to write.

I’ve done the surgery part, quite a while now and I’m genuinely delighted with the results so far. Everyone at the clinic has been wonderful, including my dentist, Dr Blanca Crooke, which is a young extremely talented professional, but there is one person in particular I would like to mention.

I have never met, in either my professional or personal life, a treatment coordinator as humble, knowledgeable, and brutally honest as Sergio.

Before choosing Truly Dental, I attended around 16 different consultations, including appointments at several other practices. Without realising it, Sergio demonstrated more knowledge, attention to detail, and transparency than anyone else I spoke to. He openly explained that he doesn’t have a degree in dentistry—which, after speaking to him, was honestly quite hard to believe given his level of understanding.

My immediate thought was: if the treatment coordinator knows this much and takes so much pride in explaining everything, then the clinician he recommends must be exceptional.

I was right. The dentist and the entire team have been outstanding, and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I’ve received. Throughout the whole process, Sergio repeatedly spoke highly of his colleagues, making it clear that he genuinely believed in the people he worked with rather than trying to take any credit himself. He was always available on WhatsApp, answered questions that many places tend to avoid, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision.

I know he probably isn’t looking for recognition, but I genuinely felt it was deserved. Truly Dental is very fortunate to have someone like him on their team. Had I still been running my own business instead of enjoying retirement, I wouldn’t have hesitated to hire him.
I wish Spain wins today for him and any team except England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Why did I choose Truly?

I had been hunting for the right company for two years and numerous consultations with numerous companies in the south east.
The last company I had a consult with was Truly.

This company was the only one that explained in full detail the pros, cons and outcome.

Very professional from first visit, and lots of detail throughout the process.

There are things that I would could maybe have been done slightly differently but that’s down to my personal experience and choices.

The staff were all very professional no matter who you saw. The service excellent. No waiting around.

All in all I would highly recommend Truly Dental.

Just be prepared though that you’ll more than likely end up with lots of bruising for a good couple of weeks.

Hi my name is Debbie I found Truly Dental UK at a time in my life when I was just about to give up on my smile …..Booking process was so easy was given an appointment straight away got there and was met with a delightful young man at the reception I was early for my appointment but that wasn’t an issue …..Then I was met by Moyra Jane Reid totally amazing treatment co-ordinator she went through all the procedures and explained in great detail what was going to happen everything was so positive I left that appointment feeling amazing so now all I have to do now is look forward to my journey to a new smile

I had full upper implants fitted around eight months ago, and I have been absolutely delighted with the results. From the initial consultation right through to the treatment and aftercare, the team have been professional, friendly, and supportive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process.

The transformation has been incredible. Not only do my teeth look fantastic, but I can eat and smile with confidence again, which has made a huge difference to my quality of life. The aftercare has been excellent, and any questions or concerns I have had have always been dealt with promptly and professionally.

I have been so impressed with the treatment and the level of care I have received that I am now looking to have my lower implants done as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering dental implants. They have been brilliant from start to finish.

Dr Blanca was amazing as well as her dental nurse , I felt very relaxed and very satisfied and did a wonderful job on my implant reinstating. Coming back in less than two weeks for clean and polish

I am basing my review on the consultation and estimate this company provided. The consult lasted a full two hours, including a panoral scan, a treatment plan with images and many photos. The staff were welcoming and patient enough to answer my questions in great detail.
I was sufficiently impressed to sign up for treatment and have just transferred the fee as arranged.
If the outcome is a good as I anticipate it will be, I'll be giving a similar review in time.
