I go gym everyday and have been wanting something that helps me breathe better but also wanting to get off using pre workouts as much and I do. I got recommended these drops from my boy and it’s the best feeling before a work out. My airways feel so much more open, I feel a lot more energy during my workouts, my cardio is getting better and I’m not so gassed out between sets.

I also go MMA twice a week, my weakest point is my cardio and that reduces power as well as everything else. I feel so much more energy during rounds which has been by far the best experience I’ve had with the product. It is a game changer in that sense.

Definitely recommend this to anyone that is in pretty much any cardio intense sport.

Needless to say other than a icey/tingley feeling for a short duration when breathing in.... there is not a improvement to your breathing ability.
