This was our first experience using Trusted Caskets. The price was incredible as well as the service called on Tuesday and was delivered on Wednesday. Quality was awesome as well as the customer service. Would recommend them.

Trusted Caskets proved to be a great choice during a difficult time. Our preplanned casket choice through the mortuary was not available. Trusted Caskets was half the price and delivered in two days. A real person answered the phone when we called to clarify something in the online order process. A+ company to deal with.

It is never pleasant to think about *why* we need a casket, but this order was the easiest and most seamless part of the entire funeral planning experience. i've searched and spoke to others online casket retailers but none assured me they were legitimate. One guy from Sky Caskets called me an idiot when he failed to upsell me a $4800 casket which i didn't need for my mother. He eventually offered just $2800 for the same casket and willing to waved the $700 delivery charge. $700 delivery charged was a big joke. Had i went throught with him(Sky casket) I would probably ended up with a cheap $800 chinese made metal casket. After several days of calling around i spoke to Tim from Trusted Caskets, he took time to answered everything i need to know and assured that the casket would be the same quality i purchased and would arrived on time for my mother's funeral. Sure enough.... the casket arrived one day before scheduled delivery and was in perfect condition.

Folks, don't be fooled by others online Casket companies. Call Tim at Trusted Caskets first before you get taking for a wild ride.

Knowledgeable staff, who explained delivery options in detail to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. I am a very satisfied customer. Service was great, the casket was beautiful and very reasonably priced at 1/3 of what it would have cost through the funeral home, delivered earlier than anticipated.

Excellent service. A representative called me to ask what date was the funeral services going to take place, i needed it in 6 days which was no problem at all. They delivered it before the date. No issues at all, I didn’t have to stress if it was going to make on time. Casket was beautiful as shown on the pictures.
