This company is a fraud. Maybe 1-2 guy running this hosting from home. They dont provide proper service. Servers are slow and can't handle more than 20-30 traffics. The reviews you will see here, all are fake.

Never ever buy any hosting from them. They don't provide moneyback and their servers are not properly configured to run a ecommerce website.

Your reply only reinforces the concerns raised in my review, because it is factually inconsistent and conveniently selective.

Let’s address this clearly:

Your payment claim is false
You stated that suspension occurred due to “non-payment beyond the grace period.”
This is incorrect.

👉 Payment was made on Jan 13th @ 09:12am WAT.
👉 The account was suspended on Jan 14, 8:11 AM, all backed with evidence. Show me the 2 days grace period.

These dates are verifiable. Suspending an account after payment invalidates your entire “grace period” argument.

Grace period or billing leverage?
You claim a two-day grace period was “provided as goodwill; prove it.” That is not goodwill—that is bad-faith enforcement.

You admit the account was suspended, not terminated, yet you deliberately blocked access to backups and demanded payment for “temporary reactivation” just to retrieve data.

This is not a security requirement.
This is data ransom.

Customer backups are not a premium feature to be withheld as leverage, especially after a 7-day data center outage resulting in website deletion.

Your response avoids mentioning your extended infrastructure failure, which caused my site to be unavailable and ultimately lost. I waited patiently and cooperated fully. That context matters and your omission is telling.

“Abusive language” as a distraction? Labeling a frustrated customer as “abusive” after ignoring tickets and emails is a convenient way to shut down accountability. Repeated follow-ups after prolonged silence do not equal abuse, they reflect service failure.

The facts remain:

Your infrastructure failed, and now backups were conditioned on further payment.

Support only engaged after public exposure. This review stands not because of emotion, but because of your documented actions.

I became aware that this provider contacted my customers directly, offering them hosting services.

These were my clients, not individuals who approached them independently. This occurred while my account was suspended and while my data access was being denied.

Regardless of how this is framed internally, this behavior demonstrates:

A complete lack of professional boundaries

Disregard for customer–provider trust

Willingness to leverage privileged access to customer information

Even amid disputes, reputable hosting providers do not approach another party’s customers directly.

This alone should concern anyone considering trusting this company with reseller hosting, customer data, or long-term business relationships.

This is one of the worst hosting experiences I’ve ever had.

When their data center had issues, my website was down for over 7 days. I waited patiently, cooperated fully, and trusted their assurances. Eventually, my website data was deleted, even though the problem originated entirely from their end.

Now here is the shocking part:
The moment my hosting plan expired, they suspended my account immediately — not even 24 hours grace period. I was denied access to my backups, denied cPanel access, and denied any reasonable way to retrieve my own data.

I did not ask for a refund.
I did not ask for free hosting.
I only asked for my backups.

They have ignored support tickets, ignored emails, refused to communicate, acted as if customer data is disposable.

Suspension is NOT termination. Blocking a customer from retrieving their own data immediately after expiration is unethical, regardless of what fine print says.

This company shows zero accountability, zero empathy, and zero professionalism. If something goes wrong on their side, you bear the loss. If your plan expires by a minute, they shut you out completely.

⚠️ DO NOT TRUST THIS HOST WITH ANY SERIOUS WEBSITE OR BUSINESS.
If you value your data, look elsewhere.

They supported me to migrate my reseller full account manually from another hosting provider to trustedhost. Manual migration is not easy like transfer full backup. Its took time but worked continuously to full transfer.

Trusted host given me great support and server is good and speed than which i used before. Services too good for me and very affordable. Hope they will support continuously to achieve our goal on hosting.

This company is highly unreliable and unprofessional. We hosted only a few websites on their server, but from the very beginning, the server performance was extremely poor — websites were loading very slowly, WHM/cPanel access was delayed, and WordPress (Elementor) frequently showed errors.

Despite raising repeated complaints, no permanent solution was provided. Even after submitting multiple refund requests, the company refused to process them.
