After weeks of complicated emails, they finally deciode that "we are sorry to say that, after carefull consideration, we have decided we can not provide you with a refund. The laws surrounding the sales of software (keys) are complicated and the shop did deliver a working key only not for the region you needed." As they well know (and have proof), the license key was advertised as Worldwide but what was delivered was Europe.

So, if you order a melon and get a banana, touch luck - you got fruit so dont complain or expect a refund.

My advice: do not rely at all on any guarantee they offer, but AVOID firms using Trusted Shops - At best they are useless, at worse they are simply corrupt.

Never heard of this until my last purchase, seemed like a good idea, I was right, they followed up my purchase to the end, total peace of mind that’s needed in such a crooked world.

Ha problem with a package from Hismith, they trully lost track of my package in DHL... it took me a bit of patience and resilience, needing to contact several times the Hismith Customer´s Support, and they managed to send me the package again, but this time it reached the right place (my house). The whole process almost took 3 weeks, but the ackage finally got to me!!

Close follow up and proactive. Only reason I did not give a 5 stars rating is because I do not know how an eventual refund would be processed which is usually the most complicated part to tackle. Will use again for sure.

I ordered a sensitivity Check and had this in place. It was good to know I'm covered in case of any problems but thankfully not needed.

Product arrived in good condition and I am pleased with my purchase.

sempre lamentele per Defender 90! non so dove abbiate preso gli stampi...nulla che vada bene! lavorato una giornata per adattare al meglio questi pannelli!!! vorrei vedere la signorina del filmato al montaggio! meglio pellicole oscuranti....costerà di piu', ma quando è finito il lavoro tutto è ok..... auguro risultati diversi per il resto del comparto auto! saluti
