Products very well, bought this brand before.

The delivery went very well, in the estimated time. Very kind and friendly customer service. And the products are 10 stars :)

1st they have no contact details whatsoever on their website
2nd they state that a companies ordering and payment process is easy and clear eg for eurokustik dot com/english/home

As it turns out it is NOT. The site does explain what the cost for shipment is BUT it does NOT point out that buyers from the UK will have to pay separate for custom duty and VAT. (thanks to Brexit!) Either way this fact is / was not clear and therefore the Trustedshops uk is not particular precise neither do they allow to be contacted to clarify

all questions about the product were answered in very timely manner and product arrived in time. Thank you!

Better to be safe than sorry if the item or items do not materialise

The Range failed miserably to respond to my request for assistance to purchase items using and from their online checkout facility. Really disappointed.

I visited Specsavers in Hoddesdon, Herts. in November. I received a warm welcome from Maddie, the receptionist and was quickly seen by Kaltik Bharadia the optician. My visit, to resolve double vision, took some time and I was impressed by Kaltik's thoroughness and patience! I have used this branch of Specsavers for some years and have always been happy with the service without reservation.
