Don't trust 'Trusted Shops'
Used this company for over 10 years as they were reasonably priced until they decided this year to demand our turnover figures and then 'assume' we had grown our turnover to their next tier which tripled their fees without evidence. Fees should be based on the services used/orders/emails sent not on company turnover. They already had that information so appear to be looking for loopholes to increase their prices.
Shocking poor customer service when we tried to terminate the contract they claimed we needed to give 3 months' notice - the courtesy was not applied to the customer when fee notification increase was not given the same. No solution to meet in the middle even after years as a loyal customer - pay or be taken to court!
As you may have surmised - I would suggest avoiding 'Trusted' Shops and using a more professional upfront competitor. There are many.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company, especially if you are an innocent entrepreneur looking for a review system.
I am a forced customer. A salesperson sold me on the benefits and great sales improvement of this customer review system.
He convinced me to sign up by promising that if he didn't interest me I could withdraw from the relationship. A week after checking the operation of the system, seeing the cost of the service (the basic plan lacks many options, it rises to almost 100 Eur per month), and the multiple details that are not explained to you in the commercial contact, I tried unsubscribe.
Point out that there are free review systems that act as Trusted Shops, such as this same platform, Trustpilot. By the way, Google Reviews is much more impressive when it comes to getting visits and sales than not Trustedshops, I mention it as a personal experience.
In the case of the TrustedShops collusion, I tried to assert my right of withdrawal, guaranteed by Spanish law to cancel the "contract" (which according to them I had consolidated by accepting their conditions of their affiliation process).
Basically, they threatened to put me on a list of defaulters if I tried to refuse to pay for the service or try to assert my right of withdrawal, since they refused to cancel the link.
After a long dispute, and seeing that I would have to file a legal claim, I innocently agreed to pay the 1,200 Eur per year, hoping that the service would have a positive impact on my sales.
After 9 months of service and given the experience, I can confirm the following:
1.- The service works badly, since (as an example) my clients do not receive the review request automatically (which is normal in this type of platform). I have to send the request manually for clients to rate me.
2.- The contract is VERY obscure, since once you have committed to the "basic" service (where do they inform you that it is basic??) you are surprised that many options are not included, and are considered as "extras" that you have to pay separately... which has been an economic ruin for a small online store with few sales. I imagine that an important expense for an online store with many sales.
3.- The after-sales service is a tangled system in which it is very, very difficult to resolve incidents in a minimally "normal" way, at least within a period of time that does not extend to a month, which is the average time in which "your problems" end up being resolved, because obviously they are not "their problems". By the way, even if the system does not work and they do not serve you quickly, you are still obliged to pay religiously.
I have seen few customer service or after-sales services as disastrous as that of Trusteshops.
4.- In my case, the review system has not served to increase my sales (and they never tire of promising it!). Personally, I don't see any point in paying almost 100 euros a month for a service that can be found much cheaper and even free.
5.- I have discovered over time that there are FREE review systems like the basic version of Trustpilot, which, by the way, works great and integrates with the work system. With Trustedshops you have to access a web page and its work system, which complicates the configuration, by the way, VERY LIMITED compared to Trustpilot.
6.- In addition to the monthly payments corresponding to my contract, I find that extraordinary charges are being passed on to me, which when they are notified to me already come with a SURCHARGE for non-payment! They look like the Ministry of Finance! And the worst thing is that when you contact to find out the reason for these extraordinary charges, they have no record! It really is a real shame!
In short and honestly, look for a different option to find a review system for your online store. And if you need to insure the merchandise, there are other ways to do it than Trusteshops, for example, the State Post Office. If you make shipments with State Post, they provide you with insurance to protect the shipment of your orders, and the value of the material that is included. It is very easy to protect your orders.
Do not fall into the Machiavellian network of Trusteshops.
