We were to meet the inspector at 1:00


We were to meet the inspector at 1:00 on the day of the inspection. We were happy with his friendly, knowledge and patience with any and all of our questions. If there was a question he couldn’t help with, he was honest in telling us - a lost quality in this day and age! He was very thorough and respectful. Since it had been over 30 years since we moved, nick made our transition easier.

Excellent Experience!!! A++

Magnolia Home Inspections makes the process quick and easy. Scheduled on the 2nd, which was a Sunday, and the inspection was completed the very next day. I even got my report the morning after that. Having gone through this process several times before, this is easily one of the best overall experiences I’ve had.
