I asked Louis to help me with applying for an extension to my spouse visa. We started a company which our income came from and, unfortunately, we didn’t have the required 12 months’ of records. Long story short, Louis provided me with advice as to what visa to switch to and what information and documents to provide. It was still significant work to put everything together, as I did the application myself (as some years ago, I used to work as a lawyer), but with Louis’ clear advice and list of documents to provide, I received my new Visa within 3 months. Applying for a new Visa was a stressful situation, but it was always a good experience to deal with Louis. In addition to being a good lawyer, he is also a very nice person.

Louis and his team were amazing at guiding us through the process of gaining our sponsorship license for international chefs. A process that was painstaking but made so much easier by Louis legal but also helpful advice. Amazing service and thanks again. Ross

Exceptional employer visa sponsorship support

Truth Legal dealt with my personal injury claim and my review of them is that they provided excellent service. They listened to what I had to say, they acted quickly in my best interests and this was resolved within approximately 1 year resulting in a positive outcome. My visa application process was incredibly easy, smooth, and stress-free thanks to Truth Legal, particularly Frances Ledbury. Frances was kind, understanding and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Whenever I felt like I had any questions about the visa she would offer to have a video call and answer all my queries patiently with great attention to detail.

I opted for the full representation package, the highest-cost option, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Given the numerous documents I had to gather and the potential omissions I might have made on my own, there is no doubt that I will choose Truth Legal again when renewing my visa.

Mirek is not only a professional lawyer, but he is a very nice, warm person with a sense of humour who has patience and time to listen to what the problem is. My case was very complex, took over 15 months of time and it was personally sensitive, but Mirek did not judge the situation. It was important to me that they had the same person to deal with throughout, that would be welcoming, helpful and supportive and that they were able to contact them with any questions that came up as they went along.

I can’t recommend Francis highly enough. She is exceptionally professional at her job, prompt with her correspondence and a real pleasure to deal with. Her patient, calm and friendly nature is an absolute life saver when you are stressed and knowing that she is always there at the end of the phone for you is totally reassuring.

Her commitment to her clients is flawless, she genuinely cares about each individual person. Francis stayed up until near midnight to ensure that our application was submitted prior to the price increase and has been there for us as a family even after the visa was granted and her work concluded, fully supporting us with answering our questions when we panicked about the new immigration rules announced in December 2023.

I have no hesitation in recommending Francis and have already asked her if she would represent my Son and his partner throughout the five year journey ahead and completely vouch for the ethos of the company in general ‘making sure legal services are accessible to all.’ Initial advice was free and the fees we paid for the inclusive service were very reasonable (half of what I was quoted elsewhere) and when I think of how much work was done for that and the help and contact received, it is exceptional value.

I don’t have the words to express the joy of seeing my Son and his partner sharing Christmas with us after being separated for four years. With something as precious as your child’s happiness, having someone you can completely trust, like Francis, has been life changing.
