Frances, with Truth Legal was amazing! She went far above and beyond in getting my UK spousal Visa approved. There is a five hour difference between the UK and the US, so I know that every time she contacted me in the late afternoon my time, it was nighttime for her. We had a specific timeline in mind due to obligations in the US before we could move, which she helped us make. Also, my spouse had not lived in the UK for over 10 years and Frances assisted us through getting the residency requirements. I had no idea what to expect when I first contacted Truth Legal and what initially impressed me was that they advised me to contact my Union. They explained that it would be cheaper as I wouldn’t incur any costs but they would be happy to represent me.
After contacting the Union legal team I found them as unhelpful as the Union Representatives so I reconnected with Truth Legal about six months after my initial inquiry.
Truth Legal have looked after me for the past 3 years which has been the length of the case. They kept in touch and updated me, advised me well explaining everything in a way that I understood.

Truth Legal (TL) have been working on my behalf for the last 3 years in relation to a personal injury claim due to being dismounted from my bike after hitting a pothole in the centre of Harrogate, which caused substantial injuries to my face and body resulting in extensive dental treatment and two shoulder operations.

The team at TL built a very strong case for me, including the engagement with various medical experts and liaison with a barrister and insurance companies. Throughout the process, I was regularly in touch with them and they kept me informed at every stage of the process by email and phone.

Their perseverance and determination to reach a positive outcome was amazing.
