I had a wonderful customer service experience with Rene. I reached out because I was having an issue with a promo code, and he was extremely empathetic, kind, and attentive from the start. He listened carefully, responded quickly, and helped me find a solution right away.
As a longtime customer, I really appreciated feeling supported, respected, and valued. Rene handled everything with professionalism and warmth, and I’m grateful for the excellent service.

Augustina in customer service responding promptly to my email explaining a problem with a pump on one of the bottles. She went beyond expectations by not only replacing the pump top, but also by sending me another product.

I've been purchasing Truth Treatments for probably 15 years. Love the products and feel they make a difference in the appearance of my skin. They're not inexpensive but they do last a long time. The customer service is also very fast in responding to any questions or issues you have. Highly recommend if you're on the fence.

EARLY in 2015sh I found him in YouTube. He was taking about Omega 6 to the YouTube host Amanda Bright, his knowledge impressed me and gave me actual tools to make a change in my skin.

No doctor, no dermatologist, has given me the information/knowledge to correct the acne after going off birth control at the age of 32.
I damage my skin in my dark moments of desperation. Picking the cystic acne made it worst.

Then I found Ben online. Then, in 2016 I decided to enroll in esthetics school.

My background is from corporate America. Ben's approach and science based protocols immediately satisfied my inquisitive mind, and now has made me more confident, and motivated to be an advocate for skin and health.

Excellent service

Ordered 5 days ago not received any emails on dispatch or delivery or tracking. Website states delivery dispatch one working day after payment. Have emailed several times no response very unhappy

Amazing Product & Experience highly recommend!

My mid 50s skin was changing and felt dry and tight. I tried several other natural products and just wasn't satisfied. My skincare provider suggested Truth Treatment Systems. She said I'd see results immediately and I did! My skin is hydrated and has a dewy glow. It's worth every penny.

I love this formulator and his skin wellness products. I have been an aesthetician for over 50 years and never found a product that I like better nor am I ever tempted to stray from that. Truth has the best products with science to back them. They are reasonable priced.

I have been so happy with my interactions with truth treatment systems. Firstly, I bought a small sample pack so I had two weeks to use the products and see how they felt on my face. This sold me and I have been buying product ever since. I have also expanded into other products they have because each one seems to improve the look and feel of my face. I have also interacted with Customer Service a couple of times for assistance. They have gotten back to me quickly and their recommendations/actions were extremely helpful. I am very happy with this company. I also sense that They are on the cutting edge of skin care so I look forward to seeing what will be coming down the pike.
