Our Customer Service will place the claim with the shipping agent if the insurance applies to the service you chose and they will refund accordingly. Since we noticed that the claiming process with the shipping agents is usually long, they do not always approve the claims and they don't usually refund the complete amount, we offer Power Shipping Protection. With Power Shipping Protection we can immediately solve the issue according to the Terms and Conditions of our site and you don't need to wait for the shipping agent's long claiming process.

I love every piece of this product line I have ever ordered. Customer service is great. I do wish the bottles were easier to read or marked differently so itâs easier to tell them apart as they all look so similar. I do like that the majority of them are in dark glass bottles. The rewards program is a little confusing at times and itâs easy to waste redeemed points if youâre not careful. That being said Iâve only redeemed points once so far. Overall, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!
