I have ordered some carbon for filter three weeks ago. but still not received. After several email inquiries, Paul gives an auto response as below; (but never got an actual follow up or response since three weeks ago) :

After I went to their website for live chat. a lady by the name Mia said how can I help you today? After I quoted my order number and the fact that I have not received my order after three weeks. Mia just put an auto response saying that all customer representatives are busy.....

Bloody unbelievable - hours of comms, sent to wrong address - 2 months later "Paul" on botchat says he's going to have my $81.44 refunded but I am yet to see it in my account. Super frustrating - all for a couple of fridge water filters!!

Tru Water have proven impossible to contact after delivering only half of an order placed. Have left 3 messages through their “Contact Us” page over a period of 3 weeks only to receive an automated response stating that it will take 1-5 business days for a response. I still have not received an email response.

The same applies when calling directly over the phone where you need to leave a message. Again, they do not return your phone calls. The Live Chat option is also a failure when trying to resolve an issue.

If there are any issues will an order placed through Tru Water do not expect them to be resolved. It has proven impossible to communicate with Tru Water as they simply do not respond to any communications.

I'm out $399 NZD. These people taking your money are the dingleberries that hang on the anal hairs of humanity.

I am amazed this company can still advertise in NZ and Auatralia when it is just one big scam

My experience with this company is just as bad as mention by all and I totally agree with all the feedbacks provided. Can't get goods or any valid response from the company.

Avoid this company, they lure you in with great sales and never deliver! I ordered products on Jan 1 2022 and by March I was still chasing up my order. I was told the item would be shipped by the end of the week on 2 different occasions and nothing happened. Then when I asked why the items were taking so long to be shipped as they were showing as ‘in stock’ on the website, they told me they would cancel my order if they could not sort it out by the end of the day. So after waiting for almost 3 months for this order, it was cancelled, with no reason given as to why. What a joke. When I followed up with another email asking why the order was not sent, their generic response was ‘your order has been cancelled’. Maybe they didn’t want to honor their sale prices? Your guess is as good as mine but no other water filter company has provided such poor customer service and ridiculous wait times. I will never buy from them again.

Appalling, do not use, there is no one to speak to and you get ignored on the website BOT chat. I have raised this with my bank now. They clearly lie stating on your order confirmation “We do not process payment until stock has been allocated to your order.” They DO charge when they have no stock and you are left waiting for non existent items.

Ordered 1st January. Emailed a few times to chase up, the emails bounced. In February got a reply saying it'll ship "next week". In late March I emailed again asking to cancel the order, this also bounced. A week later I got a shipped notification, and yesterday (April 6) I received my order, so roughly 4 months to deliver.

Pretty bad. Definitely steer clear, but they're not 100% a scam because the product did eventually come.

I ordered replacement filters online in February 2022 and did not receive an order number to enable tracking but money was deducted. After 4 weeks tried calling but ended up having to send an email, they asked for an order number which I explained I had not received them so they said they would send immediately but nothing came. With numerous emails back and forth have still not had any joy. This would appear to be a scam site, steer clear of this company.

ABSOLUTE SH!T COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, just sent another email they will want their BS support staff to respond to and quick smart. Furthermore a certain collective team could make this their worst nightmare publicly.

This outfit were quite happy to take my money but do not want to reply to any emails, live chat and they do not answer their phone.
We have absolutely no idea if they intend sending us any water filters as requested so have decided to instruct the bank to have the funds removed from their account.
Do not us this unreliable company.

Product ordered, money taken, 2 months later product not received and no reply to support messages / requests for order updates.

Ordered a Berkey last year, still waiting. No service at all. I wish everyone can see all these complaints and stop buying from TRU Waters which is the opposite of TRUE.

this is a scam company, never use it.
never got an order number, invoice, shipping, no response by email, no phone to call and chat is a robot that doesn't respond questions.
pure and simple scam

Ordered two months ago and no response regarding where my order is. No sign of refund and no response to emails, chat on their web site nor phone calls. Do not use this company.

Ordered an item 3 months ago. Nothing has arrived, no updates on more recent requests for an ETA, in spite of advising that order had been "expedited" when first emailed 2 months ago.

This is the worst company i have ever delt with. lied for 2 months saying items would be send, provided fake shipping details, said they would refund then never did.
