I too wish I had seen this before purchasing. After seeing this thread immediately cancelled card and started a dispute. Alarms bells rang when told "a back log of Xmas orders was causing my delay". Xmas was over a month ago. Started investigating then discovered they are so dodgy..

8 Weeks and order still sitting at processing, Looks like I will need to talk to my bank and hope they will refund me

Wish I had read this page before ordering. Also thought I was ordering from a NZ company 2 months ago. No response to emails, phone calls and their chat function now seems to be disabled. DO NOT USE!

I put an order with this company in August. I have many phone calls and written messages. Still have not received the goods. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.

If it were possible to give zero stars they would get it. The MOST incompetent company to deal with. 5 Weeks of BS reasons they couldnt ship product. Online CHAT sessions a total joke. One person pretends to be many different ones each time making promises but NOTHING eventuates. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Totally incompetent and dishonest.

Terrible service. I got my good trying to cancell the purchase by the bank... after several months. I will never again deal with this company. I don't understand how they are allowed to operate.

Can't say much other than don't ever deal with this company.

Take your money and that's it. Once paid they don't even send you a confirmation of what's been ordered.

Trying to call them is a joke. Recorded message says send them an email.

Placed an order thinking this was a NZ company, got charged in AUD and my stuff is shipping across the Tasman from Sydney. Then my bank rings up to say my card has been fraudulently used in the Philippines. Fast forward to two weeks later and apparently my parcel has arrived in NZ, shortly to arrive, but the bank have refunded me for the transaction. Sounds like these guys are a bit dodge and you possibly get free malware with every order. Wonder what will actually turn up...

Same problem as everyone else. I placed an order and I have been given a false tracking number and there is no response to my emails. This company shouldn’t be allowed to operate. I’m now going to have to contact my credit card company. Obviously a scam.

This company is a joke you buy an item for $80 and they charge over $1000 on your credit card. They never answer there phone or reply to emails they shouldn't be allowed to trade in nz or au.

Someone needs to tell google to block Tru Water from showing up in search results. They really are as bad as everyone says and no one expects a website like this to be hiding in plain sight when they order online especially from a product search. Enough people have obviously lost money, google needs to block them.

I ordered $500 worth from them over 18 months ago and still haven't received the full order, they either don't respond or they just outright lie about goods being sent, they give you tracking numbers that are never collected by the transport company so they just get cancelled, when you query where the goods are, no response. I got half they order sent after 4 months, then after leaving multiple bad reviews on many sites they contacted me and told me balance would be sent within the week, I received another small part of the order 6 months later after bombarding them with constant emails. when the goods do arrive there is no invoices or delivery docket just some items in a pack.
worst company I have ever dealt with, they should be charged by ACCC for fraud!

Further to my rating posted below, later complaints brought tracking updates, followed by delivery of goods as ordered, well packaged. Obviously OZPost only reacts to sender tracking requests, and probably the sender is inundated with complaints about them. Forget 'Pandemic-Problem' excuses, DHL can ship from the UK to NZ in under 2 days, so why 6 weeks from Sydney to Auckland? Just usless!

How can that be?
No meaningful correspondence from the office, no follow-up emails as promised.
And yes, AUD charges from an NZ website are decidedly deceitful.

I ordered two Insinkerator water filter replacements in August 14 2021. After chasing up many times and even receiving a "Your goods are being dispatched next Friday", nothing has turned up.

These people are scammers.

Oh dear - I wish I had come here first. Same as everyone else. No delivery, no communication. After 2 weeks my order is still "Processing". Moving house soon and I am guessing this won't arrive in time which will be a complete ball ache as I cannot get any response from these people so updating my address will be impossible.

Just go somewhere else.

I cannot understand how this company is allowed to trade. All the directors should be in prison for fraud
Like everyone else I purchased an item that didn't arrive.

I bought a Hydrotwist Waterguard filter on 02/03/21 from TruWater (AU) order ID 25821679. The $56 was debited from my credit card account and I waited for the item to arrive. As I was aware of covid delays in the supply chain, I was very patient and waited till 11/06/21 to email them of the delivery failure. Hearing nothing back I emailed them again on 21/06/21 again with no response. On 29/06/21 I did a live chat with Paul who said that a refund would be processed that day. It was not forthcoming and the goods never ever arrived. I have reported it to my Bank but it appears that too much time had passed between the date of the transaction and lodgement of the dispute. If you have a similar experience, get on to your bank earlier to lodge a complaint.

Yes, another person fooled by this fraudulent company. Should have read the reviews before shopping with them. Why you must do this in todays world I don't know, but this company is not legitamte at all. Automated emails, no response from a person. Luckily it was only $30.
