All pxxx and wind. Do not use this company. They eventually issue a PO delivery number but don’t deliver to the PO!!

This company is terrible - I have been waiting 8 weeks for a couple of water filters. Communication is non existent! I am getting money back via bank.
Do not buy from them they are dodgy! I wish I had read the reviews first. If I could rate them as minus stars I would!!!

I ordered a replacement with this company was informed shipping soon for two weeks, it was never sent my bank notified me about suspicious activity on my credit card and after cancelling it i had to replace it.I used my bank to recover the money you have to start proceedings within 30 days they recovered my funds within 3 days.Don't have anything to do with this company i wish i had read these reviews first.

Supposedly a NZ business but my shipment is tracking with Australia Post. It's been over a month since the order was placed when delivery was advertised as 5 working days. Won't be re-ordering.

Have waited for 6 weeks so far for an alleged NZ business to dispatch an order. Read everyone elses reviews and the case on Fair Go NZ.

Never use this company. 8 months after purchase and 10s of emails and phone calls and nothing. Then an email saying they will refund but you guessed it ... nothing.

You should never deal with this company.. I ordered a filter and after 3 month..with no filter and no contact. I contacted them.. got told problems with overseas due to covid.. 6 months after order I contacted again and was told part would be sent by end of week.. they even sent instructions to aus post.. 1 month later aus post still had not got the part. so I contacted them again. and got told full refund would be processed next day.. 2 weeks later and still nothing.

I purchased soda cartridges to the tune of $179 over three months ago. I wish I would have read this website. They do not respond to emails and have not delivered our product.

I ordered products (14/10/2020) that I have not received: 4 Sprite HOC High Output Replacement Show Filter Cartridges valued at $149.00. They responded once, and I keep getting e-mails saying they will respond in 1-5 Business days. I've been generous with time due to Covid-19, however I've had enough so the next step is contact consumer affairs. I have all the evidence I need to start this procedure. Government agencies need to know about their poor business practices.

Wish I had read these reviews before sending them $52 for a water filter last month. Just sent them a note chasing it up but looks like I will be in a very long queue. Why are they still allowed to trade?

Took my money for a simple water filter and then no further communication. Endless promises of "Next week, next week" when you contact them via their online chat service. Nothing but automated emails if you email them. When I asked for a refund and told them I had submitted a charge back request through my bank they told me I had to show them proof I had cancelled the charge back before they would process a refund. Yeah right! DO NOT BUY FROM TRU WATER.

purchased a tap from these scamming lowlifes 4 weeks ago. Spoke to them on their web page chat last week and they said they would send my order out immediately. Checked again now to find out on their webpage that its still processing. Dont buy from them its a scam. Im lucky my order was only $30. They dont answer emails and have no phone number

I've been waiting for 4 months for a water filter. After sending multiple emails, decided to google the company and found all your comments here.

How come this company has not been shut down, their activity is fraudulent and therefore criminal.

Have people been successful getting refunds via their banks? LMK

Update... I've looked up their ABN, was cancelled in Feb 2020 so clearly they are trading fraudulently

I've reported to my bank's dispute team, suggest you all try and get refunds this way - and report to www/cyber.gov.au

Like many of the others, I wish I had seen reviews of this company; they are out to scam customers. I have been writing to them about a faulty
water filter for our caravan. Have sent about 5 messages and get an automated message back all the time.
You can't even talk to anyone. Shame, shame, shame on you tru water.
A shame that they are still in business and still getting people to waste money on them.
How can you run a company like this?

DO NOT BUY FROM TRU WATER. Scam company - takes your money then fails to send product or communicate. Fortunately I only lost $100 but will try to get the charge reversed by my bank and will alert Fair Trading - although it looks as though they are well aware of this scam company.

Unfortunately my experience with TruWater is the same as everyone elses. I ordered water filters from them when they advertised 30% off on 23 April. Here it is 27 May and when you can get someone to answer on thier chat service I am still getting rubbish and promises of delivery. I filed a complaint with the NSW Fair Trading dept and now with my bank. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want a long drawn out process of getting your money back. They simply lie and lie over and over again. As soon as I told them I was contacting the NSW Fair trading dept the next day they marked the order as shipped but guess what? Auspost doesnt have the product, now they are blaming Auspost. they must think we are stupid.

Ordered filter cartridge 2mths ago. Website stated item is in stock and will be shipped within 2 days. After clicking Buy, Tru Water instantly does a Google review asking how happy you are with your purchase. I closed that window, as i don't right reviews when I have not received the item, But this will explain the positive review they do have and not their actual service, because there is not any service or courtesy with this company. After 3 weeks of not receiving the item, I emailed as well as leaving a message against the order in the web shop. You guessed it, I still have no reply to my email, nor have i received the item after 8 weeks. If you are looking at purchasing from this company, don't expect your item to arrive, don't expect any one to return your email, only a computer generated email stating to be patient, "they are experiencing high demands".
I have now lodge a request with my banks credit card transaction claim, asking for refunds. If you are reading this and you to haven't received your item, I suggest you not waste your time and to lodge a refund request as well.
