Trybooking itself is an excellent tool to run an event through. It is dynamic in the data it can collect and is the easy to work with tha data for knowing numbers and booking groups with their specific choices. The customer support makes it next level. Learning centre is great but also just a simple phone call gains helpful and extensive advice to make organising easy and reliable. Very pleased we have access to this platform to arrange our dinner for 160+ guests with minimal time and effort required. Thankyou Trybooking team

Having often got myself into a pickle when editing one of our events, I have absolutely no hesitation to ask TryBooking for help - they always come back quickly and solve my problem efficiently. I spoke to Sheila today who dealt with my query without fuss and waited patiently whilst I checked to see if I was happy with the result.
I would happily award 20 stars were they available!

The Try Booking team are always so helpful and kind with their support offered. The programme is intuitive with lots of great features to make running events smoothly.

I am astounded that not everyone who does gigs is not using this platform. Really low commission rates (it's hard getting bums on seats, who wants to lose a chunk of revenue?) and absolutely sterling customer service. I cannot recommend enough.

After comparing every ticket seller in the UK I’m so happy I landed on TryBooking. The customer service is all UK based and have helped me worked through any little issue. You have a payouts before the event and it’s low fees for both your customers and yourself. For my next event I’ll be using them again happily. Shout out to Shelia was SO helpful and went above and beyond in helping me out.

We moved from a service that was full of issues and with problematic support, and wanted something easier, local and with a quick response when there were problems.

The TryBooking team have been great, helping us setup, supporting our quirky requirements, and getting us up and running very quicky. Our first events went really well, with only a few issues that their support quickly dealt with. The reply quickly with answers, offer online meetings and screen sharing if needed. Even over a weekend and the CEO joined to help.

For us the measure is not 'does anything go wrong', but 'what they do when it does'. And they have been brilliant. So glad we made the change.

Great product on offer! So many features — and yet, as a busy working mum who volunteers at the PTA with zero time or brain space to learn new techy stuff, here I am! After just four phone calls and some incredibly personal support and advice, I’ve gone from total beginner to creating a test event and now launching our live community event — the Laser Christmas Music School Event! Well done to the team for getting this old boot to learn something new!
