The order didn't arrive in time for Christmas and they won't give me a refund.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Total scam so far I’ve got 14 emails telling me and asking me all these questions but yet I still don’t have a refund nor do I have RTA total in complete scam you have to subscribe to every one of the ones you subscribed to now nothing changes. They’re a bunch of bullshitters.

On the initial order they tricked us into buying additional sticks by asking if we wanted additional discount. Instead of discounting what was in the cart they added more sticks...which we didn't find out until after the order was submitted.

None of the sticks seem to do anything at all.

Unable to get information about how to return for refund. They offer 25% refund.

They claim free tv, local channels.
It is all lies,useless product.
I ordered 4 as gifts for my children for Christmas.
Totally a rip off.
I contacted company,they offered 50 % back and then changed there offer to nothing.
They refused to pay postage back to China for these useless products.
This product does not do anything!!!!!

I have been trying to return this item and they keep coming back with if you keep we will refund you 25% of your cost or now its up to 50%. I keep asking for information to send it back, but it almost is like they are stalling so I dont have it returned within the 30 day guarantee. They also advertise that you can stream Netflix, disney, local channels for free, but you still have to pay for each service to use it. My roku or fire stick does the same.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I immediately noticed a mistake on my order and right away tried to get customer service to make a correction. It was literally less than 5 minutes and I was told, sorry to late, already shipped. So here I am waiting for a stick to show up that I am certain will not because they had the mailing address wrong. I was told when I receive it, just return it. Kind of hard to return what you don't have. The only customer service that I can get a hold of is AI and the only response I get is AI. By far a terrible experience. I do not recommend

The Flixy stick is complete garbage, does not work at all. I received 4 units none of which worked. Customer service was quick to respond and sent out 4 more. They did t work either. Was offered 25% of my mo ey back, I refused offer then they offered 45% back. I hadn't excepted that and next thing I know they refunded the 45%. So I end up paying $160 to throw away their completely useless garbage.
DO NOT BUY THIS YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I have sent 4 emails to their support and have only reveived the reply that they had receivd it. No hrlp at all in getting the thing to work.i believe sll their 'great Reviews' are made up lies

Not happy. My order was placed on 26 September 2025. It arrived on 13 November, an unreasonable delay, when 5-9 days was the quoted expectation. There were approximately 23 emails exchanged with customer service. Hopeless! Then the stick didn't work and the remote doesn't seem to function either. Requests for detailed instructions were answered promptly but gave no useful help. Customer service, for me, was ineffective with bland impersonal responses. Too often they simply sent a reply which missed the point of my questions, especially relating to the delay in delivery.I was offered 25% refund. When I declined it was quickly increased to 50% provided I did not return the stick. The whole thing looks very fishy when they were determined to avoid giving me a return address

It’s not more than a streaming device that you have to buy subscriptions for the advertisement is a straight out lie

They also go by FLIXY TV STICK an Online site that's obviously AI generated with false reviews, false features & when you order they add more items than you asked for, in my case I ordered 1 stick & 1 HDMI cable and I was charged for 6 sticks, 6 cables remotes etc, + they also managed to create automatic future withdrawals to the billing! THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM! Luckily I was able to cancel this & reported them immediately, YOU MUST BE QUICK! They are from Lithuania, under COMMERCE CORE UAB

I bought two and they're useless. It's a complete scam. My order took almost two months to arrive, and the apps that they say work for free don't work until you register with all your details, as if you didn't have this piece of junk device.
It's a total lie, and I don't understand how this thieving company can still be in business... I do not recommend this product at all.

^ weeks on and still no product. I get told my delivery details are incomplete but have a dispatched notice also on the same email. Absolute scam

BEWARE!! Wish there was a 0star rating! Completely ripped off. Haven't received anything apart from two emails telling me on route. Checked the tracking number and nothing.

I bought a tv stick which arrived from China after about 4weeks.The remote would not pair with the stick so it was totally useless.After many emails and phone calls they sent another which had exactly the same problem.I asked for a refund but to save the cost and hassle they offered a 25% refund.They also hide behind Terms and conditions such as needing to return within 30 days of ordering which is difficult when it takes about 28 days for delivery.

Ordered over two weeks ago. Have not received anything yet. But my bank has been charged!! Where is my order or refund?

this is a scam, there is no refund because you cannot get an address to return, I paid thru paypal and sent in a dispute and will get my refund this way, this item does not work as described and you should not deal with this company for your own good

Stop using ai and generate the tracking# quicker!
