This product is false advertising, when i emailed numerous times to get a refund. I started receiving abusive phone calls from this so called company have been phoning, calling me disgusting names, stay away from these scammers

Don't waste your money cause it only works on android tv. i have a visio and it is not compatible. I should have known better than to buy from a company in lithuania. you always get ripped off.

This is a total scam do not waste your money. I honestly have no idea how YouTube allow them to advertise this

It is absolutely useless. Stick to the fire stick on YouTube it is probably free advertising so they get away with this!! evey product iv ever purchased from YouTube has been crap, so save your money and don't buy anything on YouTube !!

Is it possible to give it negative stars ? This device doesn't do anything that my smart TV doesn't already do. It says that you can watch things without having a subscription. It's a lie, this is 100% false advertising. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product? They can't even give me a refund first. They offered me 25% off. Then 50% off. So yes, please do not buy this product. Learn from my mistake.

if it is a scam where has the money come from to pay for advertisements and also the cost of manufacturing
the product also if it is a scam why have the authorities not shut the company down? their are a lot of garbage remarks made on the internet this includes the utter rubbish issues concerning foam loft insulation i have installed and had no problems and my energy bills have reduced significantly since it was installed the best move i have ever made

I have tried calling the company I was on hold for over 30 minutes. As soon as I received the product and installed into my TV and clicked the apps they advertised will work without signing in, false, you need to sign into the apps. The advertisement are all lies. Now it took them a long time to get back with me through email. Telling me they are working on it. I requested to return their product and requested a full refund which has been taking for a long time plus they wanted me to write a review. Extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, and frustrated customer. I do not recommend anyone purchasing this product period. Terrible customer service and false product.
Now, they want me to keep the products and give me 25% refund. They wanted me to use their plastic bag to return their false advertisement product in before I can get my full refund and it doesn't mean I will get my full refund at all. I have sent them the tracking number which I returned their product in a better package than they sent to me. It took over 2 hours before they sent me the address to return their false advertisement product. Again, I highly do not recommend this product.

So is Trust pilot scamming us. At the time of writing there's only one 1 star review - yet the rating is 3.2.
