I was not happy with the magnetic lashes. I messaged the company with my concerns. They were fast to reply…at first. They kept giving me the run around. The last email said to send images of my concerns. I have now been ghosted.

The colors were a little off from what I was expecting, as was the brush type. But it worked great once I put on a couple of layers. The edges did flake away, but not for a while. I did only use this on my toenails so far, for what it's worth. But I would recommend this product.

I was really nervous to try it, but it is easy and turned out nicely. I used a pale color first, but I’m anxious to try something a bit darker.

I have enjoyed using these pens. They take longer than 10 minutes if you are doing all nails. But it was super easy compared to the powder gels and less messy.

But what i really loved was how easy it was to remove the Polish and no nail damage! I tried several different powder gels but hated how my nails were always damaged. My nails are now back nice and strong again.

I'll be getting more colours soon

I do NOT recommend Giani magnetic eyelashes.

The application process is frustrating and time-consuming, especially compared to what is shown in ads. This is not a quick or easy solution. I never got them to work!

Customer service was also disappointing. They don't care if you can't get them to work and make you go through hoops to get a SMALL PARTIAL refund at best.

For the price and expectations set by their marketing, this product is not worth it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I really love the nail pens! its very convenient plus it arrived to me safely, so much love with giani!!

I have arthritis and the pen is so much easier to hold on to then anything else.

What an easy way for what looks like a professional manicure!! I’m 72 years old, if it is so effortless for me, just imagine how great your nails will look!

These lashes are light weight and have strong magnets. They stay on all day! No worries.

I bought this for my gf international's women day lol and she loved it. I can't say much more than that as I don't know this stuff but I know she got damn ecstatic over this.

The only redeeming quality about the nail pen is the gel remover. The colors are not what they broadcast to be. In a bunch of their ads, it looks like a felt tip marker pen however, the actual gel pens are basically just a nail polish brush in pen form. The gel does not go on smoothly and it looks clumpy. This does not look anything like salon quality nails. I’m very disappointed in this product and I can honestly say the only thing I like was how easy it was to remove because it looked so terrible.

Do not purchase these if you are looking for good quality and user friendly application. Definitely a waste of money!

OMG! I'm loving this nail pen from Giovani Beauty. It's very easy to use and quick-drying with the Giani Dry Pen light. I got this beautiful nail color that dries instantly, and the application is easy. Even beginners can create this beautiful nail color,just like at a nail salon,effortlessly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased magnetic lashes for my daughter as a gift. I decided to try this company to avoid tarrifs from our normal supplier. The lashes for her first eye separated nicely and applied great the second set for her other eye would not separate and on of the magnets detached. I was told they couldn’t be replaced because they had been worn, and since it happened as she tried to separate them, the lash didn’t arrive faulty. They offered a discount code for a future order, but why would I order anything else from this company. Stay away!!

Honestly this is the best most convenient polish ever! You don’t need any top or base coat and it’s suuuper simple and easy to use. 10/10 for me!!

I think the other reviews speak for themself, but I ordered this kit on January 3rd, 2026 and received an automatic response that it was 'crazy during the holidays and I should not expect my order before Christmas.' An immediate red flag that it's been 9 days since Christmas and they hadn't changed their auto response. My card, however, was immediately charged $137. On January 15th, I received a makeup brush in the mail without a shipping receipt/package slip/no labels. I assumed my mother accidentally sent me something from Amazon and accidentally delivered it to my house. When I reached back out to the Giani team on January 18th asking for my package, they replied that I received it and sent me a photo of the package that included the random makeup brush. Clearly the package was not big enough to house an entire nail polish set, but they asked for proof of the packaging slip (which I never received) in order to prove I didn't get the nail polish. Terrible customer service, terrible service in general and I am now out $137 with nothing to show. Do better, Giani.

STAY AWAY. I bought the nail kit as the site says you can return within 30 days if it's damaged or not for you. The nail pens smell very much like old chemicals and are terrible (very streaky, don't cover) and peel right off, even after using the curing pen. I contacted them for a refund and they said I can't return them if they are used. How would I know if I am satisfied or not for me if I don't use them? ALSO, their website clearly states it is the LASHES you can't return for hygiene reasons if used, it says nothing about nail pens. Clearly. I screen shot it. So now we have moved into deceptive business practices. I am disputing with my CC company.

Buyer beware. If you think magnetic lashes are be too good to be true, trust your gut. The company absolutely does not stand by their policy to "simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will give your money back". I wore a set once and had a magnet fall off (making the product now unusable). After contacting the company within 14 days of receiving the product, I was told the damage was due to "excessive use".
The website claims their lashes are " resuable for 1 year".
A final red flag : you cannot leave or read reviews for this product on their website. Why? Likely because they do not want real customers educating others on their poor customer service and even poorer quality of their product
