Fast and goog care.

Bestelling geplaatst en binnen 5 min (binnen hun 2 uur) een annuleringsmail ingediend omdat er iets verkeerd was met de bestelling. Geen reactie. Volgende ochtend mail met dat het pakket is verzonden. Annuleringsmail kwam niet aan, support mail adres is niet bereikbaar. Maandag ga ik bellen, hopelijk contact ookal lees ik helaas slechte reacties. Dropship website zonder enige contact mogelijkheid!

Producten komen echt niet aan en op de klantenservice wordt niet gereageerd.
De professionele site en vele fake Reviews kan je verwarren, maar een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor 2

Be careful, it’s a SCAM… bought an item and was never sent. I have serious concerns that I may never receive either the product or a refund. I attempted to contact the phone number listed on website, only to discover that it appears to be invalid.
I have also noticed several inconsistencies in the company’s contact information. Different phone numbers are listed, using both +44 and +32 country codes. I tried to contact also the UK number… there is a registered message (in German language) clearly registered from a non German guy 😂😂 The business is presented as being based in Belgium, America and UK while the contact email addresses are inconsistently displayed as support at glowbend.nl and Support at glowbend. de. These discrepancies have understandably raised significant concerns regarding the legitimacy and reliability of this business. I have requested an immediate refund but they are probably already run away with my money.

Ik heb een kostuum gekocht, het kwam zeer laattijdig aan. Maar ondanks dat ze zeggen "gemakkelijk retourneren" lukt dat helemaal niet: het email-adres dat men moet contacteren in .nl werkt/bestaat niet!
Ik ben mijn geld kwijt!
